Requests for transfer must be made in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of each trial. WCOTC will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in the filling out of entry forms. Corrections cannot be made after the closing date.
