Collaborating with a roster of renowned designers, combines technical, material and engineering advances to manufacture and supply an extensive range for commercial, hospitality and residential projects globally. Completed commissions include houses such as the Sfera Building in Kyoto and the Swedish Ambassador s residence in Berlin, interiors such as the Operakällaren gourmet restaurant in Stockholm, as well as designs for manufacturers including Cappellini and Iittala. Her work is categorized by a strong sense of pure form mixed with a never-ending curiosity for new materials and technology. He has worked for a number of independent designers and consultancies before setting up his own company in 2001. Following a successful two years of design projects including furniture and several interior design commissions, he went on to study at The Royal College of Art, under the Professorship of Ron Arad. Ed currently works from his studio in East London on a wide range of design led projects individually and collaboratively with fellow designer André Klauser as one half of Klauser & Carpenter.
