Waive Signature requirement if using express deliveries Transfers are permitted in Rally only. You must notify the trial secretary in writing anytime before the trial by email OR no less than 30 minutes before the start of the Rally Trial. Should the trials fill before the close date, the Trial Secretary will maintain a wait list for all events. If your entry is rcvd and waitlisted, your emailed entry receipt notice will include waitlisted status. *No entry will be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. *Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors and no entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the closing date. *No entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date or when the class limit has been reached per Chapter 1 Sec. 27 AKC Obedience Regulations. *Refund for Bitches in Season when presented with a letter from the vet stating that the bitch is in season. minus a $5.00 handling charge for each dog per trial. *Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. * GCKC will collect recording and event service fees for the AKC. * Judging procedure may be modified to accommodate disabled handlers. * Due to limited crating space, no un-entered dogs in the building. *Dogs may arrive one hour prior to their scheduled time of judging. *The judge is not required to wait for dogs. It is the responsibility of the owner or handler to have the dog at ringside when its class is called. *Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. *All dogs present must be on leash or confined to a crate except when being judged in the ring. *If because of riots, wars, strike, civil disturbances, National emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management to open or complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. *Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to, snowstorms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry will be made. * AKC event cancellations: call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline (877)-252-3229 *No wire crates on matted areas. *No Ex-pens. *No dogs may be left overnight in the buildings.
