The handler of a dog that kills or injures a rabbit on the grounds under any circumstances owes $25 to Grand Lake Beagle Club. ALL EXHIBITORS are expected to beat the brush, keep the grounds clean and to pick up after your dogs. THE DACHSHUND CLUB OF AMERICA INC. further offers to the winner of the Open All-Age Dog Stake and/or Open All-Age Bitch Stake, and Combined Field Champion Stake (Friday), and Field Champion Dog Stake and/or Field Champion and/or Bitch Stake (Saturday and Sunday), its Brass Sunburst Medallion when starters in that stake are 12 or more for each trial. Louisville Dachshund Club will offer prizes for each placement through NBQ at each trial.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION ARBITRATION. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for these events. CAMPING. There are a limited number of electrical hook-ups (15 amp) available at $10.00 per night. Camping without an electrical hook-up is $5.00 per night. ALL camping spots must be reserved. Camping includes people staying in tents as well as those staying in their vehicle. Judges and working club members will be given priority for both RV parking and electric. Priority will also be given for those paying for 3 nights. All others spots will be determined by the date the reservation form is received. Parking for large motor homes is limited. There is no dumping of RV holding tanks on the grounds. Payment by check or cash should be made to Grand Lake Beagle Club (collected by LDC) and can be combined with meals. Payment upon arrival will be appreciated. CAMPING IN CLUBHOUSE. There are seven beds upstairs available at $20.00 per night. Sheets, blankets and pillows will NOT be provided. Please be respectful of others by limiting the amount of space you use. The Committee reserves the right to limit the amount of space used by individuals. MEALS. It is advisable to wear sturdy shoes or boots and durable clothing. Bring clothing appropriate for a variety of conditions, including rain. Weather is unpredictable in Indiana this time of year. Trials will be run rain or shine. ENTRY FORMS. Bring all information needed to complete the entry forms. A copy of the dog s registration certificate contains the necessary information. Entry forms are provided in the premium list, if needed. PRACTICE. There will be no practice runs in the fields. WATER. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING WATER FOR YOUR DOGS AND YOURSELF; WELL WATER ON THE GROUNDS IS RUSTY. X-PENS. Dogs must be on leash or secure in x-pens at all times, and may not be left unattended. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE, except for awards. RV/Camping Reservations A reservation must be made by April 26, 2019 to overnight camp (tents, motor homes, trailers, or any other vehicle) on the beagle grounds. RV spots and electric are limited. Judges and working club members will be given priority. Priority will also be given to those reserving 3 nights. All other spots will be determined by space available.
