If the trial fills prior to the closing date, a wait list will be maintained, The full entry fee shall be refunded to an entrant whose entry is replaced by a wait-listed entry. Smoking is not permitted. Please be sure to clean up after your dogs at the show site! Exhibitors may arrive any time prior to their scheduled judging times. Dogs not required for further judging are free to leave. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for having their dogs ready to show and at ringside when it is their turn to be judged. If possible, any conflicts should be addressed prior to the start of judging. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or exercised. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, as well as any communicable diseases. All dogs on the show grounds should have appropriate vaccinations.
