Collars and Leads- IMPORTANT Approved collars include flat snap or buckle collars of solid construction and leather or nylon leads. Slip martingale collars are allowed. Single piece slip collars/leads are allowed. Harnesses, with the exception of head-halter types, are allowed. Dogs MUST run naked, without a collar/harness. NO flexi-leads allowed. Title rosettes will be awarded to dogs finishing a title. Fastest Dog in each division will receive a special prize and rosette.
