Directions from the trial site: turn left (west) onto 200th Avenue. Turn left (south) on to Highway 65. When Highway 65 crosses Highway 64, (stop light there) it also becomes Knowles Avenue. The vet clinic is on the right hand side one block south of the stop light. DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE FROM Stillwater, MN: (About 1/2 hour). Take MN-36 into Stillwater. Cross into WI, take WI-64E. Follow 64 east until you come to Highway 65. Turn left onto 65. Go 1.1 miles to 200 th Avenue. Turn right on 200 th and go about.8 miles to the farm on the right. 1479-200th Avenue. FROM WI I-94: Take I-94 east (if you are coming from St. Paul area) to Highway 65 (also the exit for Roberts). Go north (through New Richmond to Highway 64 - about 13 miles). Cross Highway 64 and stay on Highway 65. Go 1.1 miles to 200 th Avenue. Turn right on 200 th and go about.8 miles to the farm on the right. 1479-200th Avenue. MOTELS Please make sure that you pick up after your dogs so that these motels will continue to accept dogs. Some restrictions may apply. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS The Trial Site will be available to exhibitors from 7 A.M. until 1 hour after conclusion of events. Dogs must be removed from the trial site immediately following conclusion of trials on Saturday and Sunday, September 22 and 23, 2018. Exhibitors must have proof of current rabies vaccine available. (WI state law.) These trials will be held outdoors. Please bring shade tents, chairs, crates, and water for your dogs and clean up tools. The safety of the dogs and the stock is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all requirements safely. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent unless the dog is replaced by an alternate from the alternate list. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. Refunds will be given to alternates unable to run. No entry fees will be refunded if the trials cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, an act of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. The sponsoring club reserves the right to cancel these trials in the event of extreme weather conditions, and no entry fee refunds will be made in such case. Owners are responsible for errors on completed entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or email prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. Telephone, email and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an Official AKC Entry Form and photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Form are Not acceptable. Post-dated and returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. A collection fee will be added to the amount of each returned check. No refund for duplicate entries. Care will be taken to find duplicates; however, if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Bitches in season will be allowed in these Trials. They will run at the end of the class for the test classes but will run in catalog order in the trial classes. Please notify the Trial Secretary if your bitch is in season. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the trial site. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. There will be no refunds of entry fees if a person is asked to leave the trial site. No dogs under 6 months of age are permitted on the trial grounds. Exhibitors alone are responsible for being at the trial arena gate when it is their turn to run. Judges are not required to wait for any dog. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian's recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Management is not responsible for the loss of, damage to, or death of any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any participant, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at the show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. The owner of the dog entered, or his (her) duly authorized agent agrees to pay for any livestock injuries or replacement value in the event of death of any livestock by his (her) dog. In case of any injury to any stock caused by the dog entered, the owner or handler will assume total responsibility for any damage. They agree to pay the full market value of the injured animal in case of serious injury, or the veterinarian bill if the injury is slight. The German Shepherd Dog Club of Minneapolis & St. Paul, the show secretary, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, handlers, their employees or children, etc., or to any of their dogs or property. Entrants and spectators to this show do so entirely at their own risk. The German Shepherd Dog Club of Minneapolis & St. Paul does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC Entry Form for these events. This show is governed by the American Kennel Club. Exhibitors should read the AKC agreement on the entry blank in the Premium List.
