All ARBA show rules will be observed. 2. All rabbits entered in fur will be judged in breed fur unless otherwise noted. 3. All entry forms must be legibly completed, including name, address, ZIP code and telephone number. Please be sure you provide all necessary information for each rabbit entered. 4. The New Jersey State Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Association (NJSRCBA), members, and the Gloucester County Dream Park will not be responsible for fire, theft, injury, accident or providential loss, but every precaution will be taken. 5. Judging will be done by private ear number. All animals must have a legible tattoo or tag. Animals not properly earmarked will be eliminated from the show and no entry fee refunded. 6. No breeding, and no does with litters will be allowed in the show rooms. 7. Any rabbits showing signs of disease will be immediately removed from the showroom and the entry fee will be forfeited. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors and leave sick rabbits at home. 8. Awards must be picked up day of show from the awards table (awards will not be mailed) 9. NJSRCBA reserves the right to substitute or appoint judges. The decision of the Show Committee as to the placing of the breeds on a judge s table will be final. 10. There will be no refunds for scratches. 11. Each exhibitor is responsible to have his or her rabbits on the show table for judging. Classes will be called three times only. Youth must put rabbits on show table for youth show. 12. All rabbit carriers must have solid, leak-proof bottoms. 13. No animals other than rabbits or cavies will be allowed in the showroom, except where required by law. 14. Parents are responsible for their children, and will be charged for any damage their children may cause. Unattended children will be asked to rejoin their parents. 15. No smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted in the showroom. For everyone's enjoyment, all exhibitors are urged to display the utmost respect and courtesy for the judges and each other. 16. In the event you email your entries and do not show, you will still be held responsible for those entry fees and will receive a bill. If you do not pay the entry fees, you will not be able to show at future NJSRCBA shows until this matter is taken care of. 17. No Grooming tables or chairs to be setup in show room until after 8:30 am space permitting. 18. Exhibitors or guardians of exhibitors attempting to, or actually interfering with, annoying, molesting, or influencing the judge or judges, or acting in a member unbecoming an exhibitor(s) shall have all their stock disqualified by the judge and shall be ejected by the show superintendent and barred from the show room. All entry fees will be forfeited. 19. Each animal must be exhibited in its natural condition. An exhibitor in violation of this rule will have their animal disqualified, and the remainder of their entry may be disqualified from competition with all entry fees forfeited. Examples include dyeing, plucking, trimming, or any other action designed to deceive. 19. In the event a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a 35.00 bank charge. All checks must be made good or entries will be forfeited and left off all show reports. 20. Youth may show in the Open and Youth shows, but NOT with the same animal. 21. ANY CHANGES MADE AT THE TABLE WILL NOT BE HONORED - THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! 22. PAYMENT: Cash & Checks are accepted the day of the show. Checks are to be made payable to NJSRCBA.
