There will be no contact obstacle familiarization at this trial, but there will be a practice jump. Handlers will walk the course without dogs. Entry Fee $26 for first entry per dog per day (includes $3.50 AKC recording fee); $14 for each additional entry per same dog per same day (includes $3.00 AKC recording fee).

Measuring MEASURING and HEIGHT CARD INFORMATION: Effective January 1, 2010, exhibitors are no longer required to provide proof to Trial Secretaries that their dog has a valid jump height card as part of the check-in process. Furthermore, this change eliminates the need for a copy of the jump height card to be submitted with an entry form. Dogs without a valid Jump Height Card/Form may still compete; but they must be measured/wicketed by the Judge of Record PRIOR to running in their class and this measurement will be valid for that weekend of trials only. The exception to this requirement is a dog entered in the 24 or 24C height division. However, if a Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO) or an Agility Field Rep is present, then ALL dogs without a valid Jump Height Card/Form must be measured at some time during the trial or cluster of trials. This does not preclude having the dog wicketed by the Judge of Record if the VMO or Rep is not available to measure the dog before its first run of the trial or cluster of trials. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to have their dog measured prior to running and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any qualifying scores. Exhibitors should have jump height cards to present if requested. ** Dogs will be measured between classes ** Show Conditions and Timers 100 by 100 rings that are indoors on professional turf with sand base, rubber pellets, and no obstructions. ** Contacts have a rubberized surface. The site is air conditioned and kept in the upper 60s. Please consider packing a sweater as YABTC has no way to adjust the temperature. Electronic Timers will be used in these trials. Equipment will be supplied by Mad Agility & will have equipment available for sale. Liability Exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Youngstown All Breed Training Club and its agents, employees, volunteers, etc., will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any exhibitor or handler or to their dog(s) or property, and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Prizes & Awards Rosettes will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place qualifying dogs in each class & height division. Ribbons will be awarded to all dogs with qualifying scores. MACH/PACH bars and MACH/PACH rosettes will be awarded for all MACH/PACH titles earned at this show. New title ribbons will be awarded to those earning a title at the trials. We like to stay humble but we get many compliments about our AMAZING prize selection Height divisions Regular Preferred Exhibitors may choose to enter their dog in a higher height division than required by AKC, but not in a height division lower than that mandated by AKC. These jump heights must be used in all Preferred classes: Dogs Eligible to Enter Owners are responsible for entering their dog in the proper height divisions. For dogs measuring 8 4 11 & under at withers 12 8 14 & under at withers 16 12 18 & under at withers 20 16 22 & under at withers 24 20 over 22 at withers Regular dogs may not be entered in this height if they are 22 or under 24C N/A Dogs may be entered at this height at owner s discretion if dog s measurement is 22 & under at withers. Dogs who measure into the 24 regular jump height division may not enter 24-choice. All dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds are eligible to participate. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Bitches in season, aggressive dogs, dogs that are blind or suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect their physical or mental performance are not eligible to participate. Dogs should be physically sound. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to ensure that their dogs are free from internal and external parasites and any communicable diseases, and that their dogs have appropriate vaccinations. Proof of rabies vaccination should be available. No dog shall compete if taped, bandaged or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Puppies under four (4) months of age are prohibited from the show grounds. YABTC does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC form for this event.

It is no longer required that you submit a copy of your dog s jump height card with the entry or show it during day of show check-in. It s the exhibitor s responsibility to get your dog measured if it s needed. 6. All dogs must always be on leash when on trial grounds except when in the designated warm-up area or competing on the course. 7.
