BITCHES IN SEASON Refund of entry fees for bitches entered in obedience/rally who come in season after the closing date of this show may be obtained by sending a veterinarian s certificate to the Show Secretary. This certificate must be postmarked before the opening date of the show or given to the Show Secretary one half hour prior to the start of the first class in the trial. The sum of $12.00 for the first class entered and $7.00 for further classes entered, will be returned to the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. No ineligible dog will be allowed on the trial grounds. Declination of Entries. The Club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other causes, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the Kennel Club or any official thereof. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry will be made. Do not leave any dogs in closed vehicles. All persons attending this dog show hereby waive any claim for damages against the Buenaventura Dog Training Club, Inc, its members or agents, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.
