Entry confirmations, judging schedules, ring assignments and directions to the show site will be emailed no later than 10 days before the trials. If an exhibitor provides an email address, he/she agrees that judging programs and armband numbers may be sent via email. Acknowledgement of receipt of entry will be made by email. Entry Rules: Entries close at 12 p.m. on Wednesday October 16, 2013, after which entries cannot be accepted, changed, or cancelled. Entries must be signed by owner or agent and submitted with fees ONLY on the standard AKC entry form. No other entries will be accepted. Telephone, Fax, and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Downloaded and/or Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are OT ACCEPTABLE. Express or overnight entries MUST be marked NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Obedience Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry, $15.00 for second entry of same dog, same trial. Non-Regular Classes Entry Fees: $15.00 for each entry, regardless of number of entries per dog. Entry Fees include the AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 for the first entry of a dog and $3.00 for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes, and the $0.50 AKC Recording Fee (on first entry only). Rally Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry each day, $15.00 second entry same dog, same trial. Entry Fees for Rally include the AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 for each first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry. There are dog-friendly RV campgrounds available nearby. Buildings are smoke free. No dogs will be allowed in the ring for practice at any time. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. TRA SFERS; (applies to both regular Obedience and Rally). After a dog earns a title, it may be transferred to another class in a future trial even though the closing date for the trial has passed. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Transfers may be approved, provided the next event class and the judge is available and the class has not reached its limit. Transfer forms are available on the AKC website, from the trial secretary, from the trial chairperson, Bobbie Kurivial at bkurivial@comcast.net, or the club website, www.cfodcinc.com.
