Obedience Trial & Rally Trial Fees Fees listed below include $0.50 AKC Recording Fee plus a $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee for each obedience entry of each dog, and a $3.00 Recording Fee for each Rally entry of each dog. (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). First entry of a dog in Obedience (per day)... $25.00 Second entry of the same dog in any Obedience class (per day)... $18.00 First entry of a dog in Rally (per day)... $25.00 Second entry of the same dog in any Rally class (per day).$18.00 Classes with Jumps will be judged in Jump Height order, beginning with the highest jump height then descending. Handlers with multiple entries in the same jump height will be accommodated. Entries will be accepted for Dogs listed with AKC Canine Partners and may participate provided their AKC Canine Partners listing number has been recorded on the entry form. A limited number of two-day Combination Obedience/Rally Catalogs will be available for purchase at the trial. Entry forms without signatures and Agreement and Rules on the entry form will not be accepted. All overnight express mail entries must have the acceptance signature waived. Confirmation of entry and judging program will be sent by e-mail to the address printed on the entry form, or if no e-mail address is provided, sent via first class mail to the address listed on the Official AKC Entry Form after the closing date. Entry form changes, additions, corrections and cancellations MUST be received in writing or via e-mail prior to the closing of entries, be legible, and include the AKC number of dog, or no refunds will be issued. No verbal changes accepted. General Information Exhibitors and handlers will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates and pens. Please pick up after your dogs on the trial grounds. Anyone witnessed not picking up after their dog will be excused from the trial, with no entry fees refunded. CRATING: Crating is allowed in designated areas only. Crates may be left overnight, however neither TROCCW, Camp Bandy nor the Trial Secretary will be responsible for any lost or damaged items left at the site. No dogs may be left unattended overnight. FOOD: Food and beverages will be available for sale on site. Exhibitors who volunteer to help with the trials will be provided FREE lunch. Fast food restaurants are available in Stevens Point and Waupaca about 20 minutes drive to the west or east. RING SIZE: Ring size for Obedience and Rally will be 40 ft. x 50 ft. unless adjusted by the judge the day of trial.

Post Dated Checks and Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Obedience/Rally Trial Secretary will add a collection fee of $25.00 to the amount of each returned check. No Refund For Duplicate Entries. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries; however, if the entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Declination of Entries. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Timber Ridge Obedience Club of Central Wisconsin may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have any claim against TROCCW or any official thereof. Entry Fees Shall Not Be Refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, weather or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entries will be made. Errors On Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in the filling out of entry forms. No entry and no entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors, or for cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print carefully on entry forms to eliminate errors. Move-up Policy. Obedience and Rally move-ups will be accepted as space permits within entry limits, in accordance with Chapter 1, Section 16 of the Obedience Regulations. Requests for move-ups must be made in writing and presented to trial secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of each Trial. Refunds for Injured Dogs/Bitches In Season. Bitches in season will not be admitted to the Trial and are not permitted to compete. Entry fees for bitches in season or a dog that is injured after the closing date will be refunded (minus $10.00 per day administration fee) if a veterinarian s certificate is presented to the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging on November 3, 2018. Exhibitors are Responsible for the Behavior of Their Dogs and/or Children. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising area. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any entry fees will be made. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused.

Qualifying scores are required for all prizes in Regular Obedience and Rally Obedience Classes. All Special Prizes will be awarded and must be claimed by the conclusion of the Trial. None will be mailed. Winning dog and/or handler must be present or prize will be forfeited. Any unclaimed award will remain with TROCCW. If there are multiple entries of same dog, only the highest score will be eligible for special awards.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
