ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Show site will be available for exhibitors Monday, September 29, 2014. Dogs should be removed from the show site as soon as possible following judging on Friday, October 3, 2014. Cra ng and grooming will be allowed in designated areas only. Cleanup of the grooming areas will be the owner s responsibility and will be policed daily. Dogs may NOT be le overnight in the grooming areas. Neither the show giving Club nor the host site will be responsible for the safety or wellbeing of dogs or other property le at the site. Exhibitors will be responsible for maintaining clean condi ons around their grooming area. Exhibitors should bring their own cleaning supplies. A er loading and unloading, vehicles must be moved to the parking area. No parking is allowed immediately adjoining the loading and unloading area. Trash receptacles and clean up sta ons have been placed throughout the grounds to make it easy for you to clean up a er yourselves and your dogs. Please make the effort to pick up and properly dispose of all cans, cups, bo les, tu s of hair and any other trash you may have. If your dog soils the parking lot, show grounds or ring, it is your responsibility to clean it up. By signing the entry form at this show you are agreeing that all clean up is your responsibility. Violators may be subject to a Bench Show Commi ee hearing. Thank you for your coopera on The Bench Show Commi ee will enforce all regula ons governing the use of the facility or this event. Regula ons are not limited to what appears in this premium list. Prizes: Trophies, Ribbons/Rose es, or other prizes will be awarded in the ring to the person exhibi ng the dog, who shall be considered the owner or agent. Please advise the Superintendent of any discrepancy at once. The Club reserves the right to subs tute a prize of equal or greater value. No prizes will be mailed. No one is permitted anywhere that is marked Employees Only and/or No Admittance. These are separate divisions of Purina and are not part of the show grounds. No dogs allowed on the second floor of the Purina Event Center. There will be no baby strollers, cones or fire arms allowed in the Purina Center. NO SMOKING IN ANY OF PURINA FARMS BUILDINGS. No ex pens allowed in the Event Center. This includes the Gateway Hall. All food and beverages must be purchased through the on site food concession. Purina prohibits exhibitors bringing their own food or beverages into the Event Center. The Checkerboard Café is located close to both the Great Hall and Gateway Hall and offers a wide selection of food including daily specials and comfortable seating for 60 people. Vending machines for snacks and beverages located in the Gateway Hall. ACCESS A Security Guard will be present at the gate to allow access to the facility from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. From 8 p.m. to midnight, gates are closed, but access to and from the facility is still possible. The exit gate automatically opens to allow guests to leave. A security Guard will be at the gate each hour, on the hour, during this time to allow overnight guests back onto the premises. Between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m., the gates are closed. The exit gate will automatically open to allow visitors to leave in case of emergency. Anyone who wants to be in touch with security can call 636 221 1428 and they will help them open the gate or assist with anything they need. Overnight RV parking is by reservation only. Violators will be asked to move or be towed at owner s expense. Refer to information in the RV Parking Reservation Form. Free Day Only Parking is limited to the designated hard surface parking lots. Handicapped parking is available upon request with valid identification only. All dogs must be on leash at Purina Farms at all times (except when crated or as required to be judged). Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
