Entries not on an Official AKC Entry Form or photocopy of an entry form without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are not valid. Express Mail entries must be clearly marked. NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Entries will be returned to sender if no one is present to sign for receipt of the express mail. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE LEGIBLE AND FILLED OUT COMPLETELY, MUST INCLUDE AKC AGREEMENT PAGE AND JUMP HEIGHT IF ENTERED IN A CLASS THAT HAS JUMPS OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRIES ARE LIMITED and will be taken on first come first served basis, (so get your entries in early). Regular Class entries will be given first priority followed by the Alternative Titling Classes followed by the Optional Titling Classes, followed by the Non-Regular Classes. Obedience Entries Fees: Includes $0.50 for AKC event recording fee and a $3.00 event service fee for the first entry and a$3.00 event service fee for each additional entry of the same dog each day. Entry fees are $26.00 for the first entry each day regular class and $16.00 for each additional entry of the same dog, same day (AKC Dog Show Rules Chapter 11, Section 2). Non-Regular Entries Fees: AKC event fees are not assessed. Entry fee is $16.00 for each entry, regardless of the number of non-regular entries per dog. ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT A DOG IS ABSENT, DISQUALIFIED, OR EXCUSED BY THE JUDGE OR VETERINARIAN, OR BARRED FROM COMPETITION BY THE TRIAL COMMITTEE. IF RIOTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, OR OTHER ACTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE CLUB MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN OR COMPLETE THE TRIAL, NO REFUND OF ENTRY FEES WILL BE GRANTED. Bitches that come into season, after the closing date of the entries, may have the entry fee returned less $5.00 upon written request from the owner or handler on or before date of trial. Dogs should be present at least one half hour before they are to be judged. The owner or handler is solely responsible for having their dog at ringside when it is due in the ring. Dogs not required for further judging may be excused. 2- Day Trial Catalogs in hard copy will be available on the day of the trial for $5.00 per catalog. Crating Area is limited, X-pens are not allowed. Please be respectful of each other s area. Do not leave dogs unattended for extended amounts of time. Crate setup can begin one hour before the start of the trial. Dogs not entered in the trial are NOT permitted on the grounds.
