TRIAL REGULATIONS ENTRIES CLOSE AT THE TRIAL SECRETARY'S OFFICE, by 6:00 pm, Wednesday, March 18, 2015 after which time entries cannot be accepted, altered, canceled, or substituted. Make check payable to Youngstown All Breed Training Club, Inc. (YABTC). Canadian exhibitors must have fees payable in US Funds RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. ENTRY FORM MUST BE SIGNED at the bottom by the owner or the owner's duly authorized agent, otherwise the entry cannot be accepted. Telegraph or telephone entries cannot be accepted. OVERNIGHT deliveries requiring NO signature only. Entries not on official AKC entry forms or photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. A RECORDING FEE OF $.50 is to be collected on the first entry only for each dog, each day. An Event Service fee of $3.00 will be required for each regular class each dog is entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (AKC Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competing by action of the Trial Committee. S MAY ARRIVE ANY TIME PRIOR to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. All dogs present must be held on leash in hand except when being judged. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE RETURNED if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the management. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. PLEASE TYPE OR PRINT carefully, the information on entry forms to eliminate errors. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. NO REFUND ON DUPLICATE ENTRIES. Every effort will be made to find duplicate entries, but if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. They will adhere as closely as possible to the judging schedule. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged. The show giving club has no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL AWARDS MUST BE CLAIMED at the Trial or they become the property of the Youngstown All Breed Training Club, Inc. None will be mailed. ALL S PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise ring. All handlers are asked to clean up after their own dog.
