First one at Noon, Second one at 3:00 Thank you for all you do!! Show Rules 1. All Open & Youth rabbits for all shows will be judged by private ear number. 2. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in left ear. 3. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. 4. Open Exhibitors do not have to carry their own rabbits to and from judging table. All Youth entries must be carried by a Youth Breeder. To avoid delays: a 3 call rule will apply. 5. NCRCBA reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 6. Sick animals will be removed from showroom and entry fee will be forfeited. 7. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited. 8. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee the first and second time they are deposited. 9. All children must be supervised. 10. No alcoholic beverages in showroom. 12. Ribbons will be given through 3rd place. All trophies, paybacks, etc. must be picked up at Secretary s desk. None will be mailed. Open and Youth - Special Award for Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex for Sanctioned Breeds showing 10 or more, based on previous years count - BOB and BOS Rosettes for non sanctioned breeds with 10 or more. 13. NO DOGS - CATS - BIRDS ETC. will be allowed in showroom. 14. REMARK CARDS WILL NOT BE USED. If you would like a remark card to be used during judging, we will have them available at Secretary s desk. You must fill out your own and bring to a writer at judging table. It is the writer s responsibility to complete your card once you request it. 15. To register a rabbit, the owner must present a valid ARBA Membership Card. Rabbit must be at least 6 months of age. A full 3 generation pedigree must be presented with weights, colors, ear numbers. Rabbit must meet weight requirements for seniors and be free of eliminations and disqualifications. If possible, to save our registrar time and convenience, please bring a computer generated pedigree signed by owner that the Registrar may attach to the registration blank to be sent to the ARBA Office. IMPORTANT Please do NOT Block Driveway, as per request of the FD - in the event of an emergency, they would need room to access external buildings for emergency equipment. Thank you!!!
