Unsigned Entry Forms cannot be accepted or entries which specify any conditions as to its acceptance. The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this Trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely. GSDC and its agents, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. No entry fee will be returned if the Trial cannot open or be completed by reason of civil disturbance, fire and, and act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. A $25 service fee will be added for all returned checks. PAYPAL is now available. PLEASE TYPE or PRINT CLEARLY. All dogs present must be on leash or confined to crates when not being judged. It is expressly understood that the exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor who dogs/and or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the Trial site. In such a case, no refund of any entry fees will be made. Bitches in season are not permitted in the Trial. Exhibitors are responsible for being at the ring gate when it is their turn. Judge need not wait for any dog holding up a class. GSDC and the Trial Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards for the purposes of calling or locating dogs that are not brought to the ring when required. Crates may be left in the area designated for crating for the duration of the Trial, but exhibitors do so at their own risk. Security will NOT be provided. GSDC assumes no responsibility for anything lost or stolen. No dogs may be left at the Trial site overnight. Exhibitors are responsible for picking up after their own dogs. Failure to do so could result in being excused from the Trial. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. The AKC has charged Trial giving clubs the responsibility to enforce the Rules and Regulations forbidding drilling and/or unacceptable training on the trial grounds. Chapter 2, section 28 - The use of spiked or other special training collars WILL NOT be permitted on the trial site. DRILLING, INTENSIVE OR ABUSIVE TRAINING ON THE SHOW GROUNDS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. These requirements should not be interpreted as preventing a handler from moving normally about the grounds or premises or from moving normally about the grounds or premises or from warming up their dog using any exercise performed in the obedience ring, provided the dog is on a leash being held by the handler. Warm-ups should be performed as far from the obedience rings as is reasonably possible and must not be disruptive to any dog or person. Physical or 6

verbal disciplining of a dog will not be permitted, except to a reasonable extent in case of an attack on either a dog or a person.. Take the Business 6 exit (Business 6 becomes Texas Ave) in College Station. Turn LEFT onto FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway Walmart will be on the left). Go a couple of miles on FM 2818, and turn RIGHT onto George Bush Dr. The Pavilion will be on the RIGHT about 1/3 mile. From Dallas/Ft. Worth. I-35 South to Waco. From Waco, take Hwy 6 south all the way to Bryan. Take the FM2818-Bryan Business Park-George Bush Library exit and turn RIGHT onto FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway). Stay on FM 2818 all the way to College Station, and turn LEFT onto George Bush Dr. The Pavilion will be on the RIGHT about 1/3 mile. 7 8

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, its members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or show secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any such claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this show or obedience trial, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC AND MYSELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCATION. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in. over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2.
