Crating is available indoors near the ring. Absolutely no grooming allowed in the building. All exhibitors are required to clean up behind their dogs. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. Please do not park in the spaces at the other warehouses, there is additional parking on the south side of the building. Electric not available. Ample grassy areas. Attention Exhibitors: The shows will be judged and run under the show rules for the Australian Shepherd Club of America. Dogs must be ready for judging. No refunds will be given for dogs absent, disqualified, excused or barred from exhibiting by the show committee. Refunds will be given up to the close of the pre-entry deadline. Substitutions may be made with dogs owned by the exhibitor. No entry which specifies any condition as to its acceptance will be accepted. No electrical or mechanical training devices are allowed on the show grounds. Entries must be made on official ASCA entry forms. Copies of entry will be accepted only if they are completed with the agreement on the reverse side. The show giving club, show chairman, their agents, officers, and committee assume no responsibility for loss, damages, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or personal property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. No entry shall be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA Conformation program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a person not in good standing with ASCA. FASA reserves the right to ban anyone not in good standing with ASCA from the show site. Saturday Show Schedule (December 8 th, 2018): Building opens at 8 a.m. Day of Show entries will be taken from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Show #1 JUDGING (Kym Base, SBJ) begins at 9:00 a.m. for Show #1 starting with Junior Showmanship. FASA Board Meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. followed immediately by a General Membership Meeting. Lunch will be provided for all members attending the General Membership Meeting. Please indicate if you plan to attend with your entryr. Day of Show Entries for Show #2 and Show # 3 accepted until 12:30 p.m. No entries will be taken for Saturday shows #2 and #3 after 12:30 pm. FASA Membership Meeting Lunch FASA is holding a General Membership Meeting and Elections on Saturday December 8 th, 2018 at approximately 12:30 pm (to be held directly after the conclusion of the board meeting).
