Entries cannot be taken on the day of the show and the dog handled must first be entered in a breed or AVNSC class. Please remember to state handler's name on the entry form. Rachel Hambling (Chaseover) INTRODUCING YOUR JUDGES I have been showing dogs for 28 years, beginning with Pointers. I have also owned a Spinone and a Red & White Setter. My love of Whippets started 12 years ago, followed by Miniature Smooth and Miniature Wire Haired Dachshunds. I awarded CCs in 2016 at Darlington for Pointers. Since then I have judged both Gundog and Hound Groups at Open Shows. Belinda Barthram (Danru) I am a mother of two, grandmother of four. My eldest grandson also shows our Labradors. I have had Labradors for 23 years and had a Golden Retriever for 16 years. We began showing Danru Labradors in 2014 and I am on the C List for both Labradors and Golden Retrievers. Sophie Mitchell (Anndonmill) Although I only started my showing career in 2013 when I was 11 years old and have gone on to achieve some great results with my Whippets including a class win at my first visit to Crufts, and more recently a CC in 2016. My affix was granted in 2017, Anndonmill, prior to having our first litter from which we have kept a male. I am passionale about Whippets and this has led to me being invited onto various committees, including South Yorkshire Whippets and South Yorkshire Hound Society. In addition to showing my Whippets and other breeds I compete in Junior Handling classes whenever I can. Donna Holman (Silvanus) I am the third generation of dog showers in my family, my grandmother showed Pekingese, Boxers and Poddles; my mother Afghans and Salukis. Me, I show and breed Gundogs. I award CCs in Weimaraners, Hungarian Vizslas and Hungarian Wirehaired Vizslas, and am passed for four breeds FCI. My husband and I also had Beagles and tracked with them. I have judged overseas including Australia and Hungary. I simply love all pedigree dogs and enjoy judging and getting that wow feeling when you find a stunner! Robert Taylor (Minaelea) Both myself and my wife Donna share a great love for dogs. I grew up with racing Greyhounds, my parents achieving a great deal of success with them. The dogs stayed with us in our home when their racing days were over. Whilst I love all dogs, especially the working groups, my affinity is with the Rottweiler, I currently award CCs in the Breed and have owned them since1997 and had some success in the Show ring.

Donna Taylor (Minaelea) I have lived with dogs all of my life, and they are my life. My grandparents had Irish Red Setters from the 1920s to 1970s. My parents had German Shepherds not including the waifs and strays we inherited along the way as we were growing up. When I left home I had two Dobermanns; my first dog when I married Robert was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Our next breed in 1997 was our beloved Rottweiler to which we still own today and had some success in the ring with. Breeding, owning and Robert handling the Rottweiler, the Crufts Working Group winner 2014. Our affix Minaelea is after our daughters Hannah- Minae and Ashleigh. Lynne Dodgson (Wreckinroc) I have lived with dogs from rescue to pedigree for most of my life. I have owned Bearded Collies for 20 years and have develoed a great appreciation of the breed taking every opportunity to increase my knowledge. Although, as a groomer, I encounter many different breeds, my love of Working/Pastoral breeds will always remain close to my heart. I currently own and handle three Bearded Collies who are winning well and have recently completed my first judging appointment. I am very much looking forward to judging Bearded Collies at your Show. Jacky Cutler (Lankeela) I award Challenge Certificates in Lancashire Heelers and am currently on B lists for all the breeds I am judging at this Show. I am on several committees, both breed clubs and general societies for which I hold several positions, Secretary, Show Manager, Show Secretary, Chief Steward, and I also steward regularly for both breed and general societies. I currently own and show Lancashire Heelers, for which I am breed note writer, and also own a German Shepherd Dog, having previously owned Collies (Border and Smooth) and often handle other breeds. My interest is mainly in Pastoral breeds and I enjoy attending seminars to learn more about them. Karen Laws (Karamouche) I was born into the show world of Poodles. I was a successful Junior Handler. I have campaigned five dogs to their titles, four of which are line bred to my current CC winning youngster. Sylvia Monaghan (Nostradamos) My first judging appointment was in February 1981 for Bull Terriers. I now award CCs in Miniature Bull Terriers, Manchester Terriers and I am on the A3 List for Bull Terriers and Newfoundlands. I am on the B Lists for several other Terrier Clubs. I have been involved in the dog world for more than 40 years in breeding, training and showing both Bull Terriers and Miniature Bull Terriers, who I am happy to report have always been placed and held top winning places in Breed and Groups. I work on six committees at present and have held most committee positions. I also steward throughout the year at both championship and open shows. My present doggie family consists of two Miniature Bull Terriers. Phillip Greenway (Rayfos) I started showing in 1960 (Boxers), I have also bred/exhibited/handled Boxers, Lakeland Terriers, Wire Fox Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, German Short Haired Pointer having Champions in each breed. I have owned Pugs, Miniature Dachshunds and Miniature Poodles. I am approved by the Kennel Club for the Terrier and Working Groups. I have judged overseas in a number of countries.

Anyone whose dog is entered at a Kennel Club licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not put a dog s health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise. Breach of Kennel Club Regulations in this respect may be referred to the Board for disciplinary action under the Kennel Club Rules and Regulations. Your dog is vulnerable and at risk during hot weather and the Kennel Club offers the following guidance to help guide you through the do s and don ts travelling to and whilst at KC licensed events. When travelling to a show please take a moment to consider whether the route to the show is on a busy holiday route, and leave earlier to avoid increased time in traffic jams. If your vehicle is not air-conditioned seriously consider whether travelling to the show is a good idea at all. The vehicle should be as fully ventilated as possible, and plenty of stops should be taken, with lots of water available to drink. Ensure your dog is not sitting in full sunlight. There should be plenty of free flowing air around the dog. When at the show, never leave your dog in the vehicle. Keep the dog in the shade - take your own shade for example a large umbrella and always have plenty of water available to drink so your dog stays well hydrated. Avoid your dog taking part in unnecessary exertion, or from standing in exposed sunlight for extended lengths of time. Remember, if you feel hot your dog is very likely to feel much hotter and dehydrated, and this could lead to dire results. Please look after your dog s welfare. WARNING: IF YOUR DOG IS FOUND TO BE AT RISK FORCIBLE ENTRY TO YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE NECESSARY WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED.
