This policy will be strictly enforced. No grooming or setups allowed within 20' of the rings. Loading and unloading for inside: Gates will open at 6:00 A.M. and close at 7:30 A.M. There will be no vehicles allowed inside on show grounds from between 7:30 A.M. until after Best in Show. About Parking Handicapped parking is available & typically provides an appropriate surface to the facilities: it is not necessarily closer to the buildings or the rings. AGENTS: No clients will be admitted to overnight area without a pre-reserved space pass! Please include their paid reservation with yours. Those wishing to park together must send in reservations together. 3. All RVs MUST HAVE WORKING FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. Exhibitors are responsible for damages and CLEAN-UP of their parking spaces. All vehicles must be COMPLETELY SELF-CONTAINED. No discharge of grey water or sanitary tanks allowed. 4. HANDICAP Parking available upon request with a copy of your Department of Motor Vehicle Placard Handicap Permit and license number. Handicap Parking is to facilitate the ease of mobility, not necessarily closer to the rings. 5. ALL PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Yolo County Fairground and/or Camellia Capital Kennel Club, Inc. assume no responsibility or liability for damages or loss to any vehicles, its contents or dogs. 6. Vehicles MUST fit in assigned space sizes or they will be placed in a space at the club s convenience. 7. All RVs must leave the grounds by 7:30 P.M. Sunday Night. 8. Parking is a privilege extended by the Yolo County Fairgrounds and the Camellia Capital Kennel Club, Inc., who reserves the right to withdraw this privilege from any person who feels they cannot abide by the rules and restrictions, or resorts to abusive language and/or other unacceptable acts AND INITIATE DISCIPLINARY ACTION. 9. SHOW REGULATIONS Exhibitors must obey (abide by) all regulations or requirements of the management of the facility owning the show site. Telegraph, Telephone and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Entries Not On Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies Of Entry Forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or by facsimile prior to close of entries. Changes which are received on the telephone are unacceptable. Declination of Entries. The Giant Schnauzer Club of America may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the Giant Schnauzer Club of America or any official thereof. All Entry Fees are to be made payable to the Giant Schnauzer Club of America (GSCA) and are to be mailed with entries to Judy Wilson, Show Secretary, 209 Wainwright Ct., Sacramento, CA 95838-2941. FOREIGN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. Funds. ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FEES. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as practicable with any necessary tickets. Should such ACKNOWLEDGMENT not be received by the Exhibitor within a reasonable time, please notify the show secretary. FACSIMILE MACHINE ENTRIES for this show will be accepted up to closing time. For VISA/ MasterCard and American Express cardholders ONLY. You must include the front and back of the entry form. A $3.00 charge will be added for each dog, each day. Be sure to include cardholder s name, address, card number and expiration date and signature. If the credit card charge is denied for any reason, an additional service charge will be added. Proof of transmission is not proof of a receipt of a legible or complete transmission (under AKC Rule Chapter 11, Section 4). Merchant name for VISA/Mastercard and American Express will be under Judy Wilson, Show Secretary. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The show secretary will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. The Show will be Open from 8:00am to 6:00pm.. Consult Judging Program for time of judging. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. They will adhere as closely as possible to the Judging Schedule. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is scheduled to be judged. The show-giving Club and the show secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. The Show Giving Club, The Show Secretary, their agents or employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators or to any of their dogs or property, and further assumes no responsibility for injury to any child not under the control of their parents or guardians. No Dogs will be allowed in the Show Area except those regularly entered in the show. There will be NO SPACE for unentered dogs at this show. All trophies, including cash prizes, MUST be claimed the day of the show None will be mailed. PLEASE NOTE: No entry may be changed or canceled unless notice of the change or cancellation is received in writing or by telegram by the Superintendent or Show Secretary named in the premium list to receive entries, prior to the closing date and hours for entries, except that a correction may be made in the sex of a dog, or a dog may be transferred from one division of the Puppy Class to another or between the Puppy and Twelve-to-Eighteen Month Class at a show prior to the judging, and except that dogs which according to their owners records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries for a show but whose championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is made by the Superintendent or Show Secretary at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. No dog may otherwise be transferred to another class. Owners are responsible for errors in the entry forms, regardless of who may make such errors. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 6.)
