SHOW REGULATIONS Exhibitors must obey (abide by) all regulations or requirements of the management of the facility owning the show site. Telegraph, Telephone and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Entries Not On Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies Of Entry Forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Declination of Entries. The Giant Schnauzer Club of America may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the Giant Schnauzer Club of America or any official thereof. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The show secretary will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is scheduled to be judged. The show-giving Club and the show secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
