ASC of WA ENTRIES: Day of entries added on must pay day of entry fees. No refunds will be made if the show/trial cannot open due to riots, civil disturbances, acts of God, public emergencies or other events beyond the control of the ASC of WA. Entries must be on an official ASCA form with the agreement signed on the back. Information must be complete, legible, and indicate the day and whether AM and/or PM of competition. No mail will be accepted without waiver of signature and will be returned if this is not done. Entry fees will be refunded if an entry is pulled prior to the closing date of pre-entries. Entry fees may be refunded if an owner presents the show committee, before the start of the show, a letter from a veterinarian stating the entrant should not participate due to health reasons. Returned checks from the bank will incur a $20 fee. No entry shall be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA Conformation program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a person not in good standing with ASCA. From the south, take exit 88A. Stay on this round going thru Tenino. As you are going thru Rainier, take a right on Alaska. Go straight into the Sportsman Club grounds. Continue past the Sportsman Club building and around the corner. The grounds will be on the right. There is a grandstand that faces the ring sites. From the North, take the Mounts Rd Exit 116, go left on Old Nisqually Rd. Go about 3.8 miles and take a left on Reservation Road. Go to the end and take a left on Hwy 510 (this is a roundabout take the 2 nd road), at the next round about, take the 2 nd exit, staying on Hwy 510. At the 3 rd roundabout take the 1 st exit, staying on Hwy 510. Go into Yelm and take a right on First St S, which is also Hwy 507. Continue onto Rainier and take a left on Alaska, then go straight into the Rainier Sportsman Club grounds. Continue past the Sportsman Club building and and around the corner. The grounds will be on the right. CAMPING This facility is dry camping only. Fee/night for tents or trailers: $10 with no hook up, Sites first come, first served. There is a wedding in the Sportman s Club building on Saturday, so no camping or parking is allowed in that area. SETUP: setup sites at the conformation/obedience area will NOT be allowed prior to Thursday. Any setups or marked spaces will be removed until that time. Upon verification of being in heat by a veterinarian or the Obedience/Rally Committee, the entry fee will be refunded if wished. All Breeds may compete; however, they are required to have an ASCA Tracking number. This number may be applied for at the show.
