Conformation entries will be taken from 7:30am until 8:30am, or until the beginning of the Best of Breed class of the preceding show for entry into later shows. Conformation judging begins at 9am for the first show. Show #2 will begin thirty minutes after the conclusion of Show #1. Show #3 will begin thirty minutes after the conclusion of Show #2. Performance judging begins at 9am. Obedience and Rally are pre-entry only. A Movement Only class will be offered Saturday Morning between Nonregular Puppies and Junior Showmanship. Movement Only class is open to any sex, any age. They are not examined by the judge and are judged on their gait only. This class is offered for FREE! Individual exercises will run in catalog order as well as jump height order as much as possible. Should the number of entries warrant hiring an additional judge, this will be indicated in your confirmation packet. Be sure to read the updated Obedience rules regarding new classes and Veteran provisions. Non-regular classes will follow regular classes. A separate Official Entry Form must be completed in full for each dog entered. Bitches in season are not permitted to compete. Conflicts: Notify ring steward of any conflicts before the start of the class Obedience & Rally Refunds: Withdrawal for any reason before entries close will be eligible for a full refund. Withdrawal after entries close because of sickness or a dog coming in season are eligible for a full refund. Withdrawals on the day of the show are not eligible for a refund. Entries refused because the trial is full are eligible for a full refund. Awards Conformation: 1st through 4th in all classes receive flat ribbons. Rosettes & rewards to Best Junior Handler & Reserve Junior Handler, BOB &BOS Puppy, Altered & intact WD, RWD, BOB, BOS, BOW. Conformation Information, Altered and Intact: Conformation will be held indoors on ma ng. There will be nearby set-up areas for grooming and crating (stackable crates, no ex-pens). Class schedule is subject to change. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents are responsible for having their dog at the ring when their class is called to be judged. Neither the Host Club nor its Show Committee is responsible or obligated to furnish any service of notifying exhibitors of their class judging. Dogs will enter the ring in catalog order unless otherwise posted. Junior Handling Information: Ownership rules must be followed to earn points. Please refer to the ASCA Rules and Regulations for Junior Handling and Junior Finals at www.asca.org. A change of dogs must be made at least one hour prior to the judging of the class and be approved by the Show Chairperson. Obedience and Rally Information: Rally and Obedience will be held in the SOTC building on mats. Classes offered as listed above. There will be nearby set-up areas for grooming and crating (stackable crates, no expens). Withdrawal for any reason before entries close will be eligible for a full refund. This trial will be held under the current rules and regulations of ASCA. No entry shall be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA Conformation program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a person not in good standing with ASCA. HONYASC reserves the right to amend, correct and/or change any information contained herein due to any errors or unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the amount of entries received necessitating judge and/or schedule changes. About The Facility: Syracuse Obedience Training Club (SOTC) is a fully mated, air conditioned, indoor facility in one large room. Crating and grooming space is avail- able near the conformation ring. NO CHALKING is permitted inside of the building. Crates must be able to be stacked if necessary, and no exercise pens will be permitted indoors. There is ample parking space provided, but limited grassy area. All exhibitors are required to clean up be- hind their dogs. Absolutely no dogs may be left in the building overnight. Located near Carrier Circle, there is easy access to Syracuse Hancock International Airport. At the signal light, turn left onto Deere Rd to the 4th building on the left. From North Midler St.: Turn right onto Court Street Road, then left onto Deere Road, to the 2nd building on right. The building is directly across from the John Deere building and has a sign for Ansun Graphics on the front. The driveway on the Deere Rd. side has a lot of parking area, and the driveway on the Court Street side has a large garage door entry for unloading, but very little parking.
