About Joel Ryals Major Joel Ryals is a veteran of the United States Army, serving over twelve years, on active duty, as a Military Police Commander, Operations & Training Officer. Ryals served as Commander of all US Army Alaska's Law Enforcement MP's as well as the Northern Warfare Training Center. In addition to his time in the Army, Joel has over 6 years of experience with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. From Joel's passion for training, learning, protecting, and serving, he came in contact with the working service K9 world. He is an expert on training dogs for all kinds of applications. For the past 15 years, he has sharpened and honed these skills for clients, from the basics to high end training for military and police. Joel resides with his wife, Candie, and their eight children.

It was designed for moms, dads, high school students, and other average folks, like you. You don t have to be an expert to be successful in dog training. Frequently Asked Ques9ons Is Fortress K9 Academy a one 9me fee or billed monthly? There are three payment op;ons available. Bootcamp and Dogman Advanced op;ons are billed as a subscrip;on. If you purchased the discounted Dogman Advanced package, you will be charged only $180, once per year (This saves you $60, which is awesome). If you choose the monthly Bootcamp package, your credit card will immediately be charged $20, and then automa;cally charged each month. Is there any long term commitment? No. You can cancel your membership at any;me. However, there are no refunds for payments already made. What will I receive every month? If you join the Bootcamp, you will receive Module 1 as soon as you sign up, then every month you will have access to each new module in chronological order. If you join the Dogman Advanced, you will receive access to all available modules as soon as they are available. What happens a[er I finish the 12 Modules? We will be adding new content con;nually to this program. In addi;on to our interac;ve problem solving videos, we will have addi;onal videos that con;nue to develop your rela;onship with your dog, develop service dog handling skills, teach advanced agility and obedience, show you how to teach your dog to track and more. You will be able to con;nue training and advancing your dogs as long as your subscrip;on is ac;ve.
