Breed Classes & Awards BABY PUPPY For dogs at least three months of age on the first day of the show and under six months of age on the first day of the show. JUNIOR PUPPY For dogs at least six months of age on the first day of the show and under nine months of age on the first day of the show. SENIOR PUPPY For dogs at least nine months of age on the first day of the show and under twelve months of age of the first day of the show. 12-18 MONTHS For dogs at least twelve months of age on the first day of the show and under eighteen months of age on the first day of the show. CANADIAN BRED For dogs born in Canada, Champions of any country excluded. BRED BY EXHIBITOR For dogs owned and handled in the ring by the breeder. OPEN For all dogs. VETERANS For Dogs 7 years of age and over on the day of the show. SPECIALS For dogs who have earned all of the Championship Points required for Championship status. General Information Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fees. Telephone entries cannot be accepted, except in the case of a postal strike. No post-dated cheques will be accepted. Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering dogs. Receipt of entries and judging schedule will be mailed as soon as possible after the closing date. NSF cheques are subject to a $20.00 charge. A CKC lising fee of $11.30 per dog is payable with the entry fee if the form for the dog does not include it s CKC individual registration number. Any dog not on hand after the third call will be marked absent. The host club will use all reasonable care to guarantee the safety of dogs exhibited but will not be responsible for loss or injury to any dog, exhibitor, or spectator. The Stratford Inn will not be liable for any personal injuries which may occur to any participant or spectator of the show. The Show Superintendent will have entire charge and control of the show. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. All dogs must be kept on leash at all times and under control. The Show Precincts shall consist of all areas set out for rings, and an area of 10 feet outside of the judging rings. Effective January 1, 2011: a) An annual non-member participation fee for awards and titles will be charged to a Canadian non-member of CKC. The fee will match eth ERN fee. b) In Order to protect the awards/titles earned, the non-member will have to become a CKC member or to pay the non-member participation fee. Failure to comply within 30 days of notification will cause all awards and titles to be cancelled. c) These fees apply only to the dogs wholly owned by non-ckc members and are not applicable to CKC members

EVENT REGISTRATION NUMBER (ERN) To obtain an ERN simply do the following; *Send a Photocopy of the dog s registration certificate *Include payment of $62.40 Canadian Dollars *Accounts may be paid with personal or business cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard. For Non CKC Members please note that if paying by cheques, the cheque must be certified. Non residents of Canada please note the discounted cheques or money *Provide us with your full return address *Faxed requests will be accepted. Please ensure that your Visa or Mastercard number is legible and you have included your expiry date and signature An ERN number must be obtained within 30 days of obtaining points, awards or scores to avoid cancellation. If factors beyond your control prohibit this or presents a problem, please send a written request for a 30 day extension.
