NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this Trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport and that their dogs are familiar with and are able to perform all obstacles safely. All handlers must pick up after their dogs. Anyone not cleaning up after their dogs will be requested to leave. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the Trial site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Mixed Breeds: Check AKC No. on your breed entry form and provide your dog s AKC Canine Partners listing number. For Breed enter Canine Partner ; no other breed description may be used. Entries will not be accepted without proper fees and signatures. Entries must be submitted on approved entry forms with the agreement attached to the entry form or printed on the reverse side. Photocopies of front and back will be accepted if legible. Please fill in all the blanks. You must designate a Height at Withers. Exhibitors are advised to legibly print all unusual words when filling in entry forms. No dog wrongly entered in a class may be transferred to another class after the closing entries, except as provided for in Chapter 11, section 6 of the AKC Rules and Regulations. No entry may be changed or cancelled unless notice of the change or cancellation is received in writing by the Trial Secretary named in the premium list to receive entries, prior to the closing date and hour for entries, except correction may be made in the sex of a dog. No dog may otherwise be transferred to another class. Owners are responsible for errors in the entry forms, regardless of who may make such error. Dogs are not required to be at the Trial until schedule time of judging. All dogs not needed for further judging will be excused. Exhibitors are responsible for being at ringside when it is their turn to run. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up the class. Please check in with the Gate Steward. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the designated Agility warm up area or in the ring. In accordance with AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, no dogs under 6 months of age are allowed on the show site. Please check the appropriate box so the Trial Secretary knows whether to include your dog on the Dogs To Be Measured List. It is no longer required that you submit a copy of your dog s jump height card with your entry form or show it during day of show check in. It is solely the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to check the correct measurement box, enter your dog(s) in the correct jump height, have your dog(s) measured before running (if necessary), and to have your dog(s) jump height card(s) available to present, if requested. HEIGHT DIVISIONS Owners are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. Handlers may opt to run their dog in a higher division for the regular classes, but not in a division lower than the dog s proper height division.
