Move Ups/Transfers-As of July 1, 2012 move ups/transfers, are allowed between ANY Obedience Classes. Move ups may only be completed within the same sport, e.g..obedience class to Obedience class or Rally class to Rally class. A REQUEST FOR MOVE-UP MUST BE PRESENTED IN WRITING. ANY ADDITIONAL FEES, IF WARRENTED, MUST BE ATTACHED AND PRESENTED TO SECRETARY AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH TRIAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF THERE IS A LESSER FEE IN THE MOVED TO CLASS. Photographer: Margaret Taylor will be available to photograph you and/or your dog both days of the trial. Buildings are smoke free. No dogs will be allowed in the ring for practice at any time. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. Please bring your own chairs. Obedience Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry, $15.00 for second entry of same dog, same trial. Non-Regular Classes Entry Fees: $15.00 for each entry, regardless of number of entries per dog. Entry Fees include the AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 for the first entry of a dog and $3.00 for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes, and the $0.50 AKC Recording Fee (on first entry only). Rally Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry each day, $15.00 second entry same dog, same trial. Entry Fees for Rally include the AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 for each first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry. Obedience and Rally are separate events; if you enter both Obedience and Rally on the same day, the First Entry fee applies to each. Our food vendor for the weekend will be Norman s Catering & Concessions! RV Parking RV overnight parking without hookups is permitted outside the fenced area at no charge. The Eustis police ask that we inform them of the description of any vehicle parked overnight at the fairgrounds. We are limited to 12 of these spots. There are dog-friendly RV campgrounds available nearby. Entries will be judged by jump height, in descending order beginning with 16 inches on Saturday and ascending order beginning with 4 inches on Sunday. You MUST include jump heights for Advanced and Excellent. You MUST indicate jump height for all classes which require jumps. Graduate Novice, Pre Open, Open, Graduate Open, Pre Utility and Utility will be ordered by jump height. Obedience judging will be in ascending order by jump height beginning with 4 inches on Saturday and descending order by jump height beginning with 36 inches on Sunday. If you see that you will have a conflict, please inform the judge ASAP. Entry Confirmations, judging schedules, and ring assignments will be e-mailed.
