This fee is collected by the show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes, or any other cause beyond the control of the management. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors in making out the entry forms, whoever may make such errors and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. WHEN THE SAME DOG IS ENTERED in more than one class, only the highest score will be used for the top awards in Trial and top awards of a breed. Take exit 1 toward Marietta. Stay on this street (Pike that becomes Green) to front street. (Hotel Lafayette is on the corner). Turn right and continue on front street until you come to the Washington County Fairgrounds. Enter Fairgrounds and bear to the left until you reach the Jr. Fair Building CAMPING ( RVs) Camping is on the Honor System. Envelopes can be picked up at the Fair Board office to the right of the double glass doors and deposited in the drop box, same location. $20.00/night. Full hook-ups available (30 & 50 amp service) at each pole with water and sewer drop. Full hook-ups are located on blacktop at the front of the fairgrounds.
