Non-Regular Wild Card Obedience Classes: Entry Fee for Non-Regular Wild Card Obedience Classes shall be $15 per entry, per dog, per trial. Overnight deliveries must be sent with no signature required at delivery. BITCHES IN SEASON will not be allowed on the grounds. Entry fee minus $5.00 per first class and $2 per additional class per Trial entered will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must receive a veterinarian's written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. Electronic, telephone, or unsigned entries CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Entries not on official AKC entry forms and photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED, WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as possible. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that: a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee or, the Trials cannot be held or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, flood, disaster, Act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes, or any other case beyond the control of and MFDC. Unentered dogs are not allowed on the show grounds.

Effective January 1, 2008, an Event Service fee on all AKC events will be $3.00 for the first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry. This will be in addition to the existing $.50 recording fee. These fees are to be collected by the trial giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2). Bench Show Committee will convene as a result of any damage to hotel, motel, show-grounds or to the premises or on complaints of abusiveness to judges, stewards, workers or dogs. All exhibitors are kindly requested to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and the grounds in order that we may continue to utilize this site. We further request that you make the same effort for us at any hotel or motel you may be using. and MFDC assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, visitors, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The welfare of children is the responsibility of the parents or guardian. They must exercise control and restraint over their children at all times.
