These changes were approved, in principle, at the Heads of Centres meeting in Paris in and ratified at the Heads of Centres meetings in Brazil, 2000. The source for each change is indicated, as is the implementation date. Relevant changes in other language versions of ICD-10 and in related tools will also have to be made and disseminated by the appropriate authority. (Note: Every effort has been made in the following pages to reproduce the content of the ICD-10 in the same format as the published volumes.
