Fees are the same for regular, preferred alternative and optional titling classes in Obedience and Rally. First entry of each dog $28 Second entry of the same dog $23 Registration Instructions and Refund Policy The American Kennel Club (AKC) Rules and Regulations will govern this Trial and Exhibitors must make themselves familiar with the agreement of the AKC referred to on the reverse side of the entry form in this Premium List. Entries No Entry will be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Signature required, unsigned entries, and entries received without payment will not be accepted. Note: Entry Forms without the full AKC Agreement and Rules and signature on the reverse side will not be accepted. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. The club will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Entries will be acknowledged via email as they are received and processed. PLEASE VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ENTRY INFORMATION as soon as you receive the processing email. Confirmation and armband number will be sent via email after entries close. Those without an email address will be mailed by USPS to the address on the entry form. Please be sure to add ShowEntries.Info to your email allowed list. Refunds Refunds (minus a processing fee of $5.00) will be made for bitches in season if a veterinarian s certificate is presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the club it is impossible to open, or to complete the Show NO REFUND will be made. Transfers Transfers will be permitted per AKC regulations until the maximum number of dogs per day per judge has been reached. A completed Transfer Form must be presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Blank forms will be available at the secretary s table. 3 4
Housekeeping Loss or Damage The Trial Committee and the Trial Secretary will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these trials. Show Site TRIAL HOURS are from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The show building will not be available to exhibitors on Friday prior to the trial. Limited crating space will be provided inside. Crates may be left in building on Saturday night. Dogs may not be left in the building overnight. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE SHOW BUILDING NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN THE SHOW BUILDING OR SHOW GROUNDS All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. Dogs must be ready for judging. Exhibitors alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the ring. Judges are not required to wait for any dog holding up a class.
