She said it was one of the great thrills of her life. JoanneElizabeth Kutsch September 25, 1937 - December 30, 2011 Joanne Elizabeth Kutsch, one of PPHA s founding members, passed away, surrounded by family, on December 30, 2011. As her health declined in the later years, she accepted the challenges and simply adjusted. All were amazed by her grace, strength, and positivity even in her final days. Our favorite words came from her youngest son who said that under her nurturing hands dogs became champions and flowers bloomed. We all miss her. The PPHA 2012 Herding Trial is held in her honor. PPHA BARBECUE Saturday, August 11, 2012 Instead of offering lunch to purchase at the trial for competitors, PPHA is pleased to offer a barbecue for all our herding friends immediately after the conclusion of the trial on Saturday afternoon, August 11th. We will be cooking burgers and brats and will have homemade potluck items. We will be accepting donations and potluck items if you wish.
