JUDGING SCHEDULE MONCTON KENNEL CLUB SATURDAY NOV 17 AND SUNDAY NOV 18, 2018 CHAMPIONSHIP DOG SHOWS AND LICENSED OBEDIENCE AND RALLY O TRIALS TO BE HELD AT THE MONCTON COLISEUM & AGRENA, 377 KILLAM DR, MONCTON, NB All Times mentioned are local times Handlers of several breeds must arrange for alternate handlers should judging of their different breeds conflict. No speaker system will be used and judging will proceed without any dogs that are not present when called for by the Ring Steward Exhibitors are advised to check Judges Sheets when posted and to immediately advise of any inaccuracies. It is the exhibitors responsibility to know the rules pertaining to the show and trials. The show photographer will be Walter Norris, Hubbards, Nova Scotia Please Note: No other commercial photographer may take pictures on the premises for resale. VEHICLE UNLOADING INSIDE THE BUILDING IS RESTRICTED TO 9:00 AM 12:00 NOON ON FRIDAY November 16 th, due to the Collie Club of Canada National Specialty beginning at 12:30. All Vehicles MUST be out of the building by 12 noon. The building will be open at 7:00 am daily. To comply with CITY OF MONCTON regulations NO SMOKING WILL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE BUILDING THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF ENTRIES ACCEPTED AS THE TIME LIMITS HAVE BEEN REACHED FOR BOTH ADVERTISED JUDGES. MR PAUL OSLACH will Judge the Overflow entries: For those in the overflow for both days: The exhibitor shall be permitted to withdraw such entries at any time prior to the day of the trial and the entry fees and listing fees paid for entering such dogs shall be refunded The Show Superintendent will be in complete charge of the shows. The precincts of the show will be the lower floor and entrances of the show building. All exhibitors will be responsible for the clean-up of their own dogs or dogs they are handling NOT the Ring Steward. Clean up must be done in the building as well as the outdoor exercise area. JUNIOR HANDLING Saturday and Sunday registration at Show Secretary s desk before 11:00 am and judging will be in the first available conformation ring approx. 12:00 noon. will be held if there is time. Please clean up after your dogs outside the show building and at your hotel so that our Arena and Motel privileges are not revoked. DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW From Saint John & Fredericton - Take exit 446 Moncton Center Riverview Go straight and follow road for approx 7.5 km. Coliseum is on your left. From Nova Scotia Take exit 454 - Mapleton Rd. At end of ramp turn left on Mapleton Rd (arrow Moncton). Go straight on Mapleton Rd until you reach Mountain Rd. Proceed through the lights here and continue straight for approx 1km. Coliseum is on your right.
