RCRBA- wants to help exhibitors have a little more fun at shows, so we are introducing the Money Class! In which the winner actually wins!!! All rabbits entered in the class will be judged against each other. Provided entries are above 20, the winner of the class will take home money!!! The more animals entered the more money you can win, up to $50 for Breed, and $25 for Reserve. Is this a sanctioned show? No (Just for fun, and Money)

Substitutions (ear changes only) same breed, sex, and variety as entered, may be made at the table on the day of the show before judging. Changes in class, sex or variety will not be tolerated. To change class, sex, or variety a fee of $5.00 per rabbit per show will be accepted, prior to the start of judging. Any exhibitor attempting to make changes other than ear numbers without authorization from the show secretary will be subject to having the rabbit scratched. And that Awesome rabbit to enter the day of show, for $5 per rabbit per show.

*** Show Rules *** 1. This show is held in strict accordance with the latest and revised Official Show Rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. 2. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly marked in the left ear prior to showing. An ARBA licensed registrar will be available for ear marks as well as ARBA registrations. 3. Exhibitors are responsible to make sure their rabbits are taken to the judging area when called. Absolutely no refund of entry fees will be made. 4. Awards must be picked up the day of the show. Legs are mailed within 30 days of the show. 5. All animals must be healthy and in proper size transport cages to ensure rabbits well-being. 6. The club and/or its officers are not liable for any injury or damage in connection with the show. 7. Exhibitors must clean their area when leaving; otherwise a fine may be imposed. 8. Youth may not enter the same animal in both open and youth, but may enter different animals in open and youth. 9. Any issue arising that cannot be resolved by reference to the above rules shall be decided by the official show committee, whose decision will be final. 10. This is a NO COMMENT CARD RABBIT SHOW. Comment cards will be available for your use. Cavy exhibitors will have comment cards!!! 11. Each exhibitor is responsible for getting their animal to the judging table. No classes will be re-judged. 12. All rabbits are entered at the owner s risk. Judges and show committee are not in any way responsible for injury or death but every precaution will be taken for their safety. 13. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to pick up the remark cards when removing the animal from show table. 14. According to ARBA rules an exhibitor cannot make any comments which may identify ownership of a rabbit, nor may they attempt to influence the judging of an animal. Anyone doing this may have their animal disqualified and removed from the show. 15. Aisles must be kept clear. Please do not take more room than is necessary. 16. All parents will be responsible for their children. You will be held responsible and liable for any damages to the National Orange Show Fairgrounds. 17. NO animals (other that rabbit & cavies) will be allowed in the showroom with the exception of service animals under the protection of the American Disabilities Act 18. NO SMOKING IN SHOWROOM, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on grounds. 19. No selling of items or animals (rabbit excluded) neither outside nor inside building unless booth fee is paid! 20. The show committee shall decide any and all questions arising which are not covered by specific rules. Upon submitting an entry the exhibitor agrees to abide by all show rules. 21. All rabbit carrying cages must be placed on plastic covering the area. Tarps will be available for purchase from the show committee. 22. The sponsoring club reserves the right to add or change any Judge. 23. All youth exhibitors must bring their animals to the table for judging. Adults are not allowed to bring animals entered in the youth show to the judging tables. Adults may assist youth members if they have multiple breeds. 24. Changes day of show entries will be allowed at $5.00 per rabbit per show. Ear changes will be allowed at the judging table for no charge. Any unauthorized changes that occur, will be considered a NO SHOW when the secretary completes the final paperwork. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. It is up to the exhibitors responsibility to complete changes and PAY prior to the breed being called to the judging table. 25.Sponsoring club and show facility will not be responsible for injury, theft or demise of any animal. Cages should be secured at all times. 26. Angoras may not be blown out in the showroom. All exhibitors showing wooled breeds will be required to clean up after themselves. Please leave the show grounds the way you found it. ***** Parents and/or acting guardians will be responsible for the conduct of their children.
