Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures or the Agreement on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form. -Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. -Most Hotels have Pet Fees, some are not refundable and Hotel rules & fees DO change. -Be sure to verify pet rules and fees when making your reservation. -When making reservations & checking into your rooms, please be sure to declare the correct number of people & dogs that will be staying in your room. -NOTICE: Hotels, Motels, RV Parks, etc. are considered a part of the show site. -Please keep your room and/or area clean so that the rest of us can enjoy the facilities again. -Damage to Hotel/Motel/RV property will be subject to Event Committee Hearing & Action. 14 15
