Notices to Exhibitors NO PREPAID CATALOGS WILL BE PRINTED and there will be no catalogs for sale at the trial. Every exhibitor will receive a copy of the catalog electronically via email prior to the trial. It will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to have the catalog printed out if they would like a paper copy No un-entered dogs (except set-out dogs) will be allowed in the test/trial arenas during event hours. Shaded/protected crating areas will be provided. Bath/Cool off tub provided. Bring your own towels. Please bring your own chairs. No alcoholic beverages allowed during trial hours. Schedule/run order will be provided. Bitches in season will be allowed but will be moved to the end of the class in tests. Please notify the Event Secretary if your bitch is in season. ALL AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB RULES REGARDING CONDUCT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No refund for duplicate entries or any other cause beyond the control of the club after closing of entries.
