Notices to Exhibitors NO PREPAID CATALOGS WILL BE PRINTED and there will be no catalogs for sale at the trial. Every exhibitor will receive a copy of the catalog electronically via email prior to the trial. It will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to have the catalog printed out if they would like a paper copy No un-entered dogs (except set-out dogs) will be allowed in the test/trial arenas during event hours. Shaded/protected crating areas will be provided. Bath/Cool off tub provided. Bring your own towels. Please bring your own chairs. No alcoholic beverages allowed during trial hours. Schedule/run order will be provided. Bitches in season will be allowed but will be moved to the end of the class in tests. Please notify the Event Secretary if your bitch is in season. ALL AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB RULES REGARDING CONDUCT WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No refund for duplicate entries or any other cause beyond the control of the club after closing of entries. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the Herding Test or Trial and of the opportunity to have the dog tested or judged and to win prize money, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold this club, its members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or show secretary and the owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the Herding Test or Trial premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the club or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other causes.
