This is calculated by taking the highest single qualifying score (regardless of stock or course) from the Sunday ABMC trial for a given dog and adding it to the highest single qualifying score (regardless of stock or course) from the Monday ABMC trial for the same dog.

ENTRY INFORMATION If sending entries overnight, make sure to sign the waiver that allows them to leave packages without a signature. Requiring a signature will only delay receipt of your entries. The American Belgian Malinois Club, its officers and representatives, the Trial Chair, Secretary, Committee, and the owners of the trial site assume no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors property and their dogs and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. Owners or handlers entering a dog in the Test or Trial do so at their own risk and also agree to abide by the Rules of The American Kennel Club and the most recent version of the AKC Herding Regulations. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY. ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS: Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms (whoever may make such errors) and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print the information on entry forms clearly and carefully to eliminate errors. DECLINED ENTRIES: The American Belgian Malinois Club may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause and no one shall have any claim against the aforementioned mentioned club or any official thereof. ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event a dog is absent, not allowed to compete in the entered class, disqualified, excused, by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the Test\Trial, no refund of entries will be made. ALTERNATE LIST POLICIES: When entry limits are reached, all additional entries received prior to closing will be added to an alternates list. The alternates list will be used to fill vacancies that occur in the drawn running order, with the first available alternate entry replacing the first vacancy in the class entered. In Test Classes, alternates shall be given priority over dogs eligible to be moved up. BITCHES IN SEASON will be placed at the end of the running order in Test classes and in catalog order for Trial classes. Please notify the Trial Secretary before the beginning of the class if your bitch is in season. No dog may be entered in two classes on the same course with the same kind of stock under the same judge at any Test or Trial.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION TRIAL SITE: Open from 7:00 AM to ½ hour after the event ends. Dogs may not be left overnight. There is little protection from the weather at the site. Please bring shade cloth, tents, and chairs with you. FOOD: There may be food available for sale at the trial site. The closest deli is approximately 10 minutes away. DOGS ON GROUNDS: You are responsible for picking up after your dogs and disposing of waste in proper receptacles. All dogs present must be held on leash or otherwise restricted except when being judged. Under no circumstances will dogs be allowed to disturb the resting stock or interfere outside the arena with another dog s performance in the arena. Unentered dogs are not allowed in the trial areas. PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. AGREEMENT I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. I (we) will pay for any injuries or the replacement value in this event of serious injury to the livestock caused by my (our) dog. I (we) will pay for any livestock injuries or replacement value of the livestock in the event of injury or death of any livestock caused by my dog or occurring while my dog is being tested or judged in this Herding Test or Trial. I (we) agree to pay the owner of the livestock full market value of the injured animal in the case of serious injury or total cost of any medical care if the injury is deemed slight as determined by the owner of the stock.
