EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE 1. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. 2. Dogs under 18 months of age are not eligible to enter agility classes. 3. All wins prior to the day specified for the closing of entries shall be taken into account when entering any class. 4. It is the competitor s responsibility to be available for their class. 5. There will be a running order for each ring on both days. 6. No bitch in season is to be present at show. 7. Mating of bitches within the precincts of show grounds is forbidden. 8. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to ensure their dogs are kept under proper control at all times. 9. Flat collars only to be worn while competing in agility tests. 10. Food shall not be given or carried in the ring. 11. No practicing with dogs in competition area prior to tests will be allowed. To do so merits disqualification. 12. Handlers will be permitted to walk the agility courses before judging commences. 13. Any article carried by the handler is subject to the judge s discretion, but must be indicated to the judge prior to the commencement of test. 14. The show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Irish Agility & Dog Sports Association. All dogs & handlers entered for competition must be registered with & be current members of the Irish Agility & Dog Sports Association 15. Should the appointed Judge/s be unable to fulfill their appointment the committee reserve the right to appoint another Judge/s. 16. There will be a vet on call: Athy Veterinary Hospital, Dublin Road, Athy, Co. Kildare 17. All competitors must show respect for the judge/s. Training rounds will only be allowed if prior permission has been given by the judge/s. 18. OJAC Team Ireland will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained through accidents by exhibits, exhibitors or other persons attending the show. NB Please clean up after your dog/s and bin your refuse in the bags that will be provide for your convenience. REMEMBER: Your dog is vulnerable and AT RISK if left in a vehicle in high temperatures and even on days considered as slightly warm. Please take care of your dog. If your dog is found to be at risk, forcible entry to your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damage caused.
Grade 1 IADSA AGILITY GRADING SYSTEM For handlers or dogs which have not gained a first place in an Agility Class or three first places in Jumping Classes at IADSA licensed Agility Shows. N.B. Handlers or dogs previously qualified out of Grade 1 are not eligible for this class Grade 2 For handlers or dogs which have qualified out of Grade 1 but have not gained a first place in an Agility Class or three first places in Jumping Classes at Grade 2 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows, or elected to progress on points from Grade 1 at IADSA licensed Agility show. N.B Handlers or dogs previously qualified out of Grade 1 are not eligible for this class Grade 3 Open to dogs which are not eligible for Grade 1or 2 or have elected to progress on points from Grade 2 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows and dogs which are not eligible for Grade 4,5,6, or 7. Grade 4 Open to dogs which have gained a first place in a Agility Class at Grade 3 or elected to progress on points from Grade 3 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows and dogs which are not eligible for Grade 3, 5,6 or 7 Grade 5 Open to dogs which have gained a first place in an Agility Class at Grade 4 or elected to progress on points from Grade 4 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows and dogs which are not eligible for Grade 3, 4, 6 or 7. Grade 6 Grade 7 NOTE Open to dogs which have gained three first places in a Class (1Agility) at Grade 5 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows and dogs which are not eligible for Grade 3, 4, 5, or 7. Open to dogs which have gained a minimum of four first places at Grade 6 at IADSA licensed Agility Shows. Two first places must be gained in Agility (not Jumping) Classes. NEW MEMBERS: Only your current grades up to Grade 5 can be transferred from IKC & KC. Progression points CAN NOT be transferred from IKC or KC. If you wish to progress on points you start with your current grade & zero points. Dogs from Northern Ireland or the UK Dogs that compete under KC Regulations should enter The grade equivalent to the grade they work in their own country. All dogs MUST be registered with Irish Agility & Dogs Sports Association. Owners/Handlers must bring to the show their agility record books containing the officially recorded height of their dogs.

I hereby declare that the dog/dogs entered by me as above are not vicious, and are bona-fide my property, and I enter them subject to the rules and the Regulations of the Show which appear in the schedule and which I have read. 2. I hereby undertake not to bring within the precincts of the show any dog which has (a) distemper or other communicable disease, unless it has been fully recovered for more than 30 days immediately prior to the show or (b) has been in contact with or in any kennel or establishment containing distemper or any other communicable disease during 30 days immediately prior to the show or (c) has been inoculated with distemper virus or displayed any reaction there from during the 30 days immediately prior to the show or (d) has been in contact during the 30 days immediately prior to the show with any dog which was previously inoculated with distemper within 30 days. 3. In consideration of my entry being accepted, I hereby agree (1) to indemnify the OJAC Team Ireland and/or its trustees or officials in respect of any damage or loss from whatsoever source arising, caused by, or to any dogs exhibited by me while in the precincts of the show and (2) that any decision given concerning me by any committee thereof in connection with any matter whatsoever arising through or at this show shall be communicated by the secretary of the OJAC Team Ireland. To all whom it may concern, and that any such decision together with a report of the proceedings in the matter may also be published together with my name, address and description. 4.
