This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for these events. CAMPING. There are a limited number of electrical hook-ups (15 amp) available at $10.00 per night. Camping without an electrical hook-up is $5.00 per night. ALL camping spots must be reserved. Camping includes people staying in tents as well as those staying in their vehicle. Judges will be given priority for both RV parking and electric. Priority will also be given for those paying for 4 nights. All others spots will be determined by the date the reservation form is received. Parking for large motor homes is limited. There is no dumping of RV holding tanks on the grounds. All RV and camping reservations must be made using the attached reservation form and received by May 10, 2017. No refunds will be made after May 10 th. The site will be available at 2 p.m., May 17, 2017. CAMPING IN CLUBHOUSE. There are a few beds upstairs available at $15.00 per night. Sheets, blankets and pillows will NOT be provided. There are two bathrooms and a shower in the clubhouse. Bring clothing appropriate for a variety of conditions, including rain. Weather is unpredictable in Indiana this time of year. Trials will be run rain or shine. ENTRY FORMS. Bring all information needed to complete the entry forms. A copy of the dog s registration certificate contains the necessary information. Entry forms are provided in the premium list, if needed. FIELD TRIAL PROGRAM. A Field Trial Program will be printed in color. A courtesy copy will be given to each Field Trial judge and participant while supply lasts. Full page ad with a picture is $30.00. Day parking will be at a premium. Please be respectful of others by limiting the amount of space you use. The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to limit the amount of space used by individuals. PEC. The PEC Annual meeting and DCA Field Trial Events Awards Dinner will be held at the clubhouse Friday evening, May 19 th. Dinner reservation and payment must be received no later than May 10, 2017. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judge and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim,; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
