NOTE: There will NOT be any refunds of entries AFTER closing date except for above reason. No refunds on overpayments of $6.00 or less. The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside when scheduled. Judges are not required to wait for any dog holding up a class. Dogs need to be at the trial only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately after, unless required for further judging. fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Unsigned checks and returned checks do not constitute payment of fees. Recording fees will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. This fee is to be collected by the show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. There will be an AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 per 1 st entry in the Rally Trial, plus $3.00 per additional entries. If a dog is entered in more than one class the fee is collected on all classes the dog is entered in, excluding non-regular classes. AQ4U pays the recording fee. Competitors need NOT include the recording fees in their entry fee check. This is just as an FYI! All dogs must be kept on a leash or crated at all items, except as allowed in the Show Ring. NO FLEXI LEADS ALLOWED INSIDE SHOW SITE. The ring surface is Astroturf at AQ4U s training facility. The Show Site will open 1 hour prior to the start of the event, and will close 1 hour after the event. Ample crating will be available. Crating will only be allowed in areas marked. Water and indoor restrooms are available at the Show Site. Please keep aisles clear. TARPS MUST BE UNDER ALL CRATES AND CHAIRS! We will be breaking for lunch each day. There are several fast-food restaurants near the Show Site. We will also be offering lunch each day for $6. Pre-order only. See order form in this premium. Transfers will be allowed for these trials. All transfers will run at the end of their class jump height. Transfers must be received at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, weather, or other acts beyond the control of CKHGC and/or AQ4U, it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry will be made. CKHGC and/or AQ4U will not be responsible for loss or damage of property while on show site. No entry will be accepted which carries any conditions regarding its acceptance.
