There is ample place in the ballroom. These areas are marked with tape. Please do not block doors or table areas. You will be asked to move if you are not located in the designated crate areas. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PAID FOR MEALS PLEASE PICK UP YOUR WRIST BAND. NO WRIST BAND NO MEALS Hospitality Breakfast Continental Breakfast available in ballroom for those who have paid in advance. Welcome Bags Exhibitors pick up your bag at the Show Table. Show Photographer Betty Hogan with Dart Dog Photography is available all day for special pictures just for you. She will also be taking all the win photos. Please arrange a time with her for any pictures you wish to have taken of your dog. Payment will be required at time of photo. Lunch Summer Backyard BBQ buffet. We can accept last minute reservations until 10:00 a.m. Please visit Show Table for wrist band. Lunch is $20.00. Celebrate Our Cavaliers Parade Will take place during the lunch break. Please join us in applauding our Cavaliers for their accomplishments in the show and performance rings; and those Cavaliers that serve others in therapy and service. Clean Up After Your Dog Please be courteous and pick up after your dog on the hotel grounds. Poop bags are available in your welcome bag. Also disposal cans are set up in the grass areas of the hotel. Please keep your hotel rooms clean and your dogs crated when you are not in the room. Let s be sure we are as Royal as our Cavaliers in how we respect the hotel property. Show Table Located as you come into the ballroom. We are here to answer any questions and meet your needs. For those of you who are flying, you will fly to the Seattle/Tacoma (SEA/TAC) airport. If you are renting a car, follow the driving instructions listed with the hotel information from the airport to the hotel (about 1-1/4 hours). NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS ALL EVENTS LOSS OR DAMAGE The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that Exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. TRANSFER OF ENTRIES CONFORMATION: Dogs may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is presented to the Superintendent at least one halfhour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition present after the closing of entries for a show may transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class provided that this transfer is made by the Superintendent at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship judging at the show. Correction may be made from one age division to another. provided this transfer must be made to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the judging of any Junior Showmanship class at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be moved to another class in a future trial, provided the transfer request is presented to the Superintendent in writing at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial.
