Complete PHARMACEUTICAL TRIP APPLICATION (must be completed with every order, even for returning customers). 3. Complete ORDER FORM. 4. Submit order for approval (via fax or scanned and ed). PAYING FOR ORDER If you are a first-time customer, you must pay in advance (via check or credit card). Returning and approved customers will receive medicines and an invoice which can be paid via check through the mail service or online via Blessings website. Important Note: Occasionally some medicines are on back order and will be delivered at a later date. Customers will be invoiced for those medicines or supplies separately.
