List of Products for Use in Organic Production NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC. has reviewed the livestock products included in this list in accordance with the USDA National Organic Standards and has found them to be allowed for use in organic livestock production. NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC. does not provide any guarantee, warranty, or provide endorsement for materials included on this list. We do not guarantee the efficacy of any product. NOFA-NY Certified Organic producers should update their Organic System Plan prior to the use of any new material. Producers should contact the certification office to add a product to their product list. If you are certified by a certification agency other than NOFA-NY, check with your certifier prior to the use of any material. Products are to be used in accordance with all noted annotations and restrictions. It is the user s responsibility to properly use a product according to labeled instructions and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Many products or manufacturer names are similar check to make sure that both product and manufacturer names match the information on the product label. The review of materials for organic production is an ongoing process and product approval can change. Products will be re-reviewed on a three year cycle. Updates to this list are made available on NOFA-NY website. In addition to this products list, NOFA-NY certified organic operations can reference the Organic Material Review Institute or the Washington State Department of Agriculture list of approved materials.
