1 Prospective Puppy Owner Questionnaire Thank you for your interest in owning a Cedar Hills puppy. We don't breed often, but we do breed carefully, choosing our stud dogs and bitches to provide great temperaments, putting health and structure first and foremost. We do not include blacks in our breeding program. We review all questionnaires carefully. It is very important to us that we place our puppies in the best homes possible. We need to know that a Standard Schnauzer is the right dog for you. All of our puppies are pets' first, conformation and performance dogs second. Please understand that Standard Schnauzers are a working breed and MUST have a job to do. Owners must have an adequately fenced yard, provide plenty of daily exercise, and commit TIME, TIME, TIME to a training program for their puppy. Why? 2 Best time to contact you. Please list names and ages of children in your home. This question helps us to find the right puppy for you. For instance, a highly energetic, over enthusiastic puppy may not be the best match for a household with young children. However, Standard Schnauzers are highly reliable with children, especially children who have parents that understand dogs and working breeds in particular.
