GENERAL INFORMATION This is a USRC sanctioned event. Copies of support documentation for all accomplishments and titles must be sent in with any entry for the Sieger, Champion or Working classes. Your dog s original registration, hip certification and support documents for all accomplishments and titles MUST be available at the show for inspection at the time of the class. A VALID Hip Certification, pass or fail is required on all dogs 30 months of age or older. The USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate. CONFORMATION SHOW INFORMATIONThis is the 2013 Southeast Regional Sieger Show. Southeast Regional Sieger/Siegerin, Select Male/Female, Youth Sieger/ Siegerin titles will be awarded along with Best Male/ Female Puppy Awards. A USRC recognized working title & breed test is required to be named Sieger or Siegerin. Class Definitions Puppy Classes: 4-6 Month Male/Female (optional) - For all Rottweilers between the age of 4-6 months 6-9 Month Male/Female - For all Rottweilers between the age of 6-9 months 9-12 Month Male/Female - For all Rottweilers between the age of 9-12 months

4 Youth Classes: Month Male/Female - For all Rottweilers between the age of months Month Male/Female - For all Rottweilers between the age of months Adult Classes Open Male/Female - For all Rottweilers 24 months and older Champion Male/Female - For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned a USRC recognized Championship (AKC, CKC or a FCI member kennel club) Working Male/Female - For all Rottweilers 24 months and older with a USRC recognized SchH/VPG/IPO title. Sieger/Siegerin Class - For all Rottweilers 24 months and older that have earned a Sieger or Siegerin title at a USRC National or Regional Sieger show or have been awarded the USRC Universal Sieger title. When a dog is eligible for more than one class, the dog s owner determines the entry. Any dog eligible to be awarded the USRC Sieger or Siegerin title must be USRC registered. Non-Regular Classes Veteran Male/Female (optional) - For all Rottweilers 7 years or older on the day of the show. Veteran class entries are not eligible for titles and receive only critiques, no ratings or placements. Kennel Group (optional) - Three or more dogs bred by the kennel owner and registered with the kennel name of the entrant. The kennel owner need not be the registered owner of the dogs. All dogs must first be entered in the show's regular classes. Written critiques are not given. Brood Bitch (optional) Entered by the owner of the brood bitch. The brood bitch and at least two of her produce must appear in the ring. The bitch must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the produce. The owner of the brood bitch need not be the owner of the produce. The produce must first be entered in the show's regular classes. Written critiques are not given. Stud Dog (optional) - Entered by the owner of the stud dog. The stud dog and at least two of his get must appear in the ring. The dog must have a USRC recognized Breed Test and have been at least 24 months of age at the time of breeding. The class is to be evaluated on the merits of the get. The owner of the stud dog need not be the owner of the get. The get must first be entered in the show's regular classes. Written critiques are not given. 5 When a dog is eligible for more than one class, the dog s owner determines the entry. Photocopies of support documents for all titles and accomplishments must be sent with entry; original documents must be available for inspection at the show. A VALID Hip Certification, pass or fail is required on all dogs 30 months of age or older. This is a German style conformation show. The decision of the Körmeister is final. No dog shall be permitted to enter any class with missing teeth. Docked dogs born before 01/01/2012 are welcome. Dogs born after 01/01/2012 must be shown with natural tail. Dogs are shown in a natural stance; no hand stacking is allowed. Double handling is permitted; no food is allowed in the ring. Adult classes will be moved (run) long enough for the judge to evaluate dogs movement and fitness. You may change handlers as needed. Event will be held outdoors, rain or shine. Bring your own chairs and anything else you may deem necessary for comfort for you and your dogs. No dogs may be tied out at show site or ringside. Please do not bring non-entered dogs to the show grounds. Please use designated areas to exercise your dogs and clean up after them. Dress is informal. BST INFORMATIONCopies of the following documents must be submitted with BST entry: 1. Copy of USRC Membership Card for both owner and handler. 2. Copy of USRC Registration for the dog being entered. 3. Copy of scorebook showing titles earned, scorebook number, and full name of dog. If the BH is earned after the close of entries, a copy of the scorebook showing the BH title must be presented to the BST secretary on the day of the Breed Test. 4. Copy of USRC recognized Hip Certification. All dogs must have their permanent identification indicated on their Hip Certification. 5. Copy of any prior BST attempts. 6. Copy of Weight Certificate dated within 30 days of the test date. 7. A copy of the USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears on the Registration Certificate. The following ORIGINAL documents must be submitted to the BST Secretary on the day of the Breed Test. Entry into the BST will not be accepted without presenting these originals prior to taking the test: 1. USRC Membership Card for both owner and handler. A copy of the Membership card will be accepted on the day of the show. This exception to the original document requirements applies to the membership cards only. 2. USRC Registration Certificate for the dog being entered. 3. Scorebook showing titles earned, (minimum BH) scorebook number and full name of dog. 4. USRC recognized Hip Certification. All dogs must have their permanent identification indicated on their Hip Certification. 5. Prior BST attempts. 6. Weight certificate dated within 30 days of the test date. 7. The USRC Registration Certificate may be accepted as proof of titles earned and hip certification if the required information appears.

Dove DVM, Free seminar on "Canine Breeding/WhelpingSaturday, November 09, :00pm 4:00pm Location: Fairfax Hunt Club Dinning Hall (located on the show grounds) Dr. Dove graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.Sc., D.V.M. in Private practice small animal veterinarian since graduation. Attended training in Upsalla, Sweeden to learn transcervical insemination techniques in 1994, eventually teaching them to faculty members of two U.S. veterinary colleges. Graduated from a three year program in small animal reproduction taught by the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies, having attended classes in France, Germany, and Italy (one of only 2 USA veterinarians to do so). Member of several professional organizations including the AVMA and the Society for Theriogenology. Responsible for a kennel of 85 working foxhounds, and along with his wife Cecilia, breed and show Scottish Deerhounds under the kennel name of Foxcliffe. Winner of 2011 Westminster Kennel Show with GCh Foxcliffe Hickory Wind.

I further understand that by their very nature, sporting activities involving dogs have a potentially increased risk of personal injury and property damage. Furthermore, when participating in USRC sanctioned events or utilizing the membership privileges extended to me by USRC, I do not expect to receive any type of financial gain either personal or business related from the outcome of events or from the issuing of titles by judges or from the issuance of USRC related paperwork and materials. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and have the opportunity to win prizes, ribbons or trophies, I (We) agree to hold the USRC, the host club, the members, directors, governors, agents, supervisors, volunteers, employees or judges, apprentice judges or individual judging this event free from liability and harmless from any claim, loss, injury or lawsuit as a result of any judging activities. I (We) agree that any cause of action, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the entry, exhibition, judging or attendance at the event between the USRC and the host club or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of this agreement shall be settled by arbitration pursuant to the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association.
