It is hereby agreed by both parties that following conditions will be met and that NO other warranties or conditions are either expressed or implied. 1

2 2 ~ All Puppies Sold WILL Carry the Pacheco Kennel Name either by Prefix or Suffix, examples Pacheco s Daisy, Pacheco Rottweilers Daisy, Daisy of Pacheco Rottweilers You CAN give your dog any call name you choose, but Registered Name must Remain as agreed/written in our Contract. ~ALL Pacheco Puppies are Vetted twice, once after Birth 0-5 days of age, at that time Tails and Dew Claws are removed. Litter evaluation/recommendations are given! The second Litter Evaluation appointment checks weight, heart, lungs, temperature, ears, eyes, nose, paws, and genitalia especially for boys on top of checking the skin, coat, and teeth, stomach, lymph nodes and stools. (and I am sure I forgot something too) VET APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR BREEDERS KNOWLEDGE- **Pacheco Rottweilers Provides age appropriate Immunizations and Micro-chips** Buyer is required to take said puppy to his/her veterinarian WITHIN 72 HOURS OF PICK-UP to ensure puppy is in good health and to establish an ongoing puppy plan for said puppy. IF upon examination buyers veterinarian finds that said puppy is not in good health by having a serious un-treatable infectious illness or a major life threatening genetic defect, The Buyer must notify the seller within twenty-four (24) hours. Buyer Shall return the puppy to the seller with all of the veterinarian documentation. Seller shall replace said puppy with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available- **Please Note- PRICE, PICK NUMBER, & SEX apply and are used to determine replacement. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED! ~Buyer certifies that he/she in not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this animal and that he/she will not sell this animal or any of its progeny to any other person agent, pet store, puppy mill, i.e., mass commercial kennel. NO 3rd PARTY SALES- OWNER/BUYER MUST COMPLETE TRANSACTION. ~Buyer agrees to send pictures of said animal at ages six (6) months, twelve (12) months and then annually on the dogs approximate birthday to Pacheco Rottweilers LLC. Buyer agrees to send a front and profile close-up photo of the head and also a front and side close-up shot of the entire dogs in an alert and baited position. Buyer also agrees to send copies on any titles, certificates, and professional photos the dog/puppy receives throughout its life. ~Mara & Raul Pacheco of Pacheco Rottweilers LLC has the right to share, advertise or use any photos, titles, and or certificates of any dog/puppy sold to show the quality of what we have and do continue to produce. OWNERSHIP WILL BE KEPT PRIVATE unless otherwise agreed upon. ~We can estimate the adult size and looks of your puppy to the best of our ability but ultimately cannot guarantee the actual size or show/breeding quality of any puppy. Diet, exercise, and genetics are the determining factors. ~The Puppy is chosen by YOU the Buyer based on availability~ 2

3 3 FAMILY PETS FAMILY COMPANIONS, & PET PUPPIES is Automatically Sold as American Kennel Club (AKC) Limited Registration, Which for Pacheco Rottweilers LLC is a required mandatory neuter/spay by. The Buyer is Required to Provide Proof by either a certificate or receipt with dogs name and micro-chip number showing completion of Neuter/Spay from a licensed veterinarian. NO BREEDING IS ALLOWED (semen/egg collection/freezing in considered breeding). Failure to comply with neuter/spay and or breeding will result in repossession of said animal and any progeny produced and Buyer forfeits all monies paid and or invested in said animal. Unethical, unregistered, and mixed breeding litters degrades the BREED, and the quality of Pacheco Rottweilers LLC bloodlines and reputation. Pet Puppies are NOT covered for Breed standard defaults; Please see Health Guarantee for details. REGISTRATION UPGRADE~ At a later date prior to spay/neuter deadline if Buyer Wants to upgrade From AKC Limited Registration to AKC Full Registration the Buyer is Responsible for an additional payment of $. FULL AKC REGISTRATION, SHOW QUALITY & BREEDING CANDIDATE Puppies purchased as AKC Full Registration- AKC Full Registration does NOT mean that said puppy is guaranteed to become a Champion. Full AKC registration quality means that at time of purchase the said puppy exhibits no disqualifying faults and is considered to be a promising show, working, and breeding candidate. Candidates must be of age- 2 years/24 months prior to breeding and obtain/pass important health clearances. In Order to Obtain a FULL AKC Replacement Puppy per breed standard defaults/disqualifications; puppy must be disqualified from an AKC confirmation ring by three (3) different judges and proof of such disqualification must be provided to breeder. Said puppy shall be replaced with another show quality puppy. PRICE, PICK NUMBER, & SEX apply and are used to determine replacement. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED! *Replacements will only be offered once candidate in question is spayed/neutered and any Breeding prior voids replacement. ADULTS/YOUTH sold as FULL AKC are sold AS IS! You the buyer will have inspected said animal prior to purchase and he/she meets YOUR expectations to be used in your show, working or breeding program. Not to mention access to vet records and preliminary health screening results when applicable. IMPORT LITTERS/PUPPIES~ Are placed without AKC documentation. AKC registration will be provided on or around 12 months of age. (Sooner when available) ~HEALTH GUARANTEE~ Puppies have two (2) year health guarantee against Life Threatening Genetic defects that 1,Will cause the said puppy to die or be put down by euthanasia before their 2nd birthday- or 2, A diagnosis before two (2) year of age from a licensed Veterinarian and a Specialist that a Life Threatening Genetic Defect exists and it will 3

4 4 hinder the remaining quality of life. A necropsy is required along with full access to all vet/medical records. It is recommended for Pet Puppies and REQUIRED for AKC Full Registration Candidates to have an OFA Preliminary evaluation of the hips between months of age in order for guarantee to be honored. If any part of this agreement is breached; the breeder is released from any further obligation, and/or it should become necessary to enforce any part of this agreement, conditions, and/or stipulations by legal means, any and all attorney s fees, court costs, and travel expenses will be the responsibility of the Buyer. This agreement is deemed legally binding and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Washington, Mason County, City of Shelton; and I, we, the buyer verify, and attest that we have read this agreement, conditions, and stipulations contract, understand its complete contents and agree to it fully.
