SILENT AUCTION The Silent Auction is a way we can all contribute to the CKCSCNT by helping to underwrite the costs associated with the Match. We are requesting that ALL members donate an item(s) to the Auction as well as participating the day of the Match by bidding. 4 Attention Exhibitors No animals other than Entered Dogs will be permitted in hotel room or at the Show Site. The Show Site will be available to exhibitors at 8:00 am. LOSS OR DAMAGE The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of North Texas assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by an exhibitor, agent, spectator or to any of their dogs or property & further assume no responsibility for children. The welfare of the child of an exhibitor or a spectator is assumed to be the responsibility of that person. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors or spectators will use control & restraint over their children at this event. GROOMING & CRATING The Show Committee anticipates limited indoor crating & grooming room. The Club requires that crates be stacked & reserves the right to allocate grooming space for the convenience of all. All space is available on a firstcome, first-served basis. Exhibitors & handlers will be held responsible for the clean conditions in and around their grooming area. No dogs will be allowed in the rest rooms. CATALOGS All catalogs will be sold. None will be given away. PRIZES All prizes must be claimed the day of the show None will be mailed. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There will be no refund for duplicate entries. Entry Fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures or the Agreement on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. As per the Texas Department of Health Regulation, all dogs must have proof of current rabies vaccination. Tags are not sufficient. LUNCHEON/SEMINAR Please join us for an informative discussion on selective breeding with Erica Venier, Orchardhill Cavaliers. This seminar will be held at the lunch break and lunch is included. The luncheon will feature an assortment of crepes from the Monkey Crepe Café, croissants, chicken salad, fresh fruit, pasta salad, vegetable tray with dip, chips,dessert crepes and assorted cookies. Beverage will include your choice of water, soda or iced tea. Price for this seminar/luncheon is $15.00 per person.
