I have viewed Paw Prints Pet Resort and their entire facility. I agree that every step has been taken to ensure the care and safety of my dog,. This includes all fencing and containment areas. I agree that the facility fully meets the requirements of my dog and in no way hold Paw Prints Pet Resort or any of its owners or employees, liable or responsible if my dog digs under and out, climbs or jumps the fencing surrounding the facility. I understand that by bringing my dog(s) to an open concept kennel, this means they will be playing and interacting with other dogs in a natural environment. Minor cuts and scratches are inevitable and though the dogs are carefully supervised at all times and the owners and staff do their utmost to keep them safe, there is no guarantee that a more serious incident (scuffles, fighting, even death) will not occur. I accept all risks involved and agree that Paw Prints Pet Resort is not liable for any injuries or illnesses, including the death of my dog(s) during my dog s stay. I hereby release Paw Prints Pet Resort from all liability for any loss or expense I may suffer or bear as a result of any happenings such as disappearance, runaway, sickness, injury, death from any cause, fire, theft, et cetera including negligence.
