All shows will be held under the current rules and regulations of ASCA. No entries shall be accepted from a dog or handler disqualified from the ASCA conformation program; a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs; or a person not in good standing with ASCA. All entries in Regular Conformation Classes must be at least 6 months of age or older on the day of the show and be ASCA registered.

Note to obedience competitors: THIS IS NOT A MATCH! All dogs will be competing for obedience titles through ASCA. Each entry form must have a current registration number (ASCA or recognized registry) and be completely filled out, no exceptions. If your dog has earned titles through any other registry, but not ASCA, your dog will be required to begin in Novice. Attention Obedience and Rally Exhibitors! ASCA implemented a new policy as of 1/1/04 stating that every non-asca registered dog must acquire a 'tracking' number if you wish to compete. This is a one-time fee of $10 per dog and a one-time $10 ASCA service membership to establish the tracking number. You will be able to apply for a tracking number the day of the trial, if your dog does not have one. For more information, please visit the ASCA website

There are electric hookups available but not water or sewage. There are showers and restrooms located close to the show building. Camping spots are first come first serve. Please include a note with your entries to Jennifer letting us know how many nights you will be staying.

5 John Beals Photography - Official Win Photographer John will be on site for all of your win and candid photo needs. Please contact John for sessions or if you have any questions. Note: Crating space is limited in show building. There will be NO grooming in show building. Grooming space will be in a separate building right beside the show building. Show Site: Matted cement floors inside an air conditioned building with a small food vendor available. Please clean up after your dogs! All dogs must be leashed or crated and have current vaccinations available upon request. Crossroads ASC, show chairman, their agents, and officers shall assume no responsibility for injury or stolen property. Parents are responsible for actions and behavior of their own children. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Directions to Randolph County Fairgrounds 1-70 east of Indianapolis to Hwy 27 exit (Exit 151B). Take 27 North to Winchester to the Fairgrounds (just north of E 200 S). For other starting locations: Winchester is just north of Richmond, IN on Hwy 27. The fairgrounds is just south of Winchester on Hwy 27.
