We will not resend or do any extra work to get your ISP to allow us to send messages to your address. - There will not be equipment familiarization at this trial. - Move ups will be accepted until noon on Monday, December 26, Day to day move ups will be accepted providing a move up form is completed and turned into the Trial Secretary on site within 30 minutes of the end of each day s trial. - We will accept copies of your jump height cards. Please send them with your entry. If you have entered a previous TRACS AKC trial and submitted a card, it is on file. PLEASE DO NOT send another copy. - ENTRY FEES (PER DOG, PER DAY): $ ST Class (includes $3 AKC Recording Fee) $ nd Class - SHOW SITE: This show will be held outdoors under cover on dirt. Ring dimensions will be 100 by 100 per ring. AWARDS - Rosettes will be awarded to 1 st through 4 th place dogs with qualifying scores in each regular and preferred class and jump height. - A Prize will be awarded to all dogs placing first in their class/jump height. - Green Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all dogs earning a qualifying score. - Special Rosettes will be awarded to any dog completing a title or earning a Double Q from the Excellent B classes. - Special Award for any dog completing a MACH. If you anticipate you may complete your MACH at our trial, PLEASE notify the Trial Secretary.

3 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS - This trial is open to all dogs over the age of 12 months that are registered with the American Kennel Club or are registereable breeds that have obtained an ILP number from AKC, except bitches in season, aggressive dogs, blind or deaf dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. - Running order will be determined by a random draw, and handlers with more than one dog will have those dogs separated as much as possible. - There will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date except in the event of injury to dog or handler or bitches in season. In these cases, entries will be refunded (minus expenses) provided the trial secretary is notified prior to the trial. In the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such a dismissal, there shall be no refund. - No entry fee will be refunded if this trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. - Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. The Trial Secretary will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check (this is the amount charged by our bank for returned checks). Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor will result in their being put on a cash only basis. - Please clean up after your dog. Let s show them that Dog People are clean people. - DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED IN VEHICLES. The club will not be responsible for damage to vehicles resulting from the rescue of animals in distress. - The nearest 24 hour Emergency Veterinarian: Sacramento Veterinary Surgical Services, 9700 Business Park Drive, Ste 104, Sacramento, CA. AGILITY TRIAL SITE AND ACCOMODATIONS SITE: Murieta Equine Center, 7200 Lone Pine Drive, Rancho Murieta, CA This site is outdoors undercover. There will be two 100 x 100 rings. DIRECTIONS: From Sacramento/Bay Area: Take Hwy 50 east towards Lake Tahoe. Exit at Sunrise Blvd. Turn right off the exit ramp and proceed for 7.4 miles to Jackson Rd (Hwy 16). Turn left on Jackson Road and proceed 7.1 miles to Lone Pine Rd. Turn right on Lone Pine. Murieta Equine Complex is immediately on your right. From Reno: Take Hwy 80 towards Sacramento. Exit at Sierra College Blvd. Turn South. After a few miles, Sierra College Blvd becomes Hazel Ave. Follow Hazel Blvd to Hwy 50 WEST. Exit Hwy 50 at Sunrise Blvd. Turn left off the exit ramp and follow directions above. RV PARKING: All RV parking reservations much be made through Murieta Equine Complex. 4 REGULAR TITLING CLASS Novice A For persons and dogs that have NEVER acquired an agility title. Novice B For dogs that have acquired an agility title, persons that have handled a dog to an agility title, and for agility judges. Open For dogs that have acquired the Novice or Open titles, but have not earned a qualifying score in the Excellent class. Excellent A For dogs that have acquired the Open title, but have not completed the Excellent title. Excellent B For dogs that have acquired the Excellent title. PREFERRED TITLING CLASSES Open to any dog eligible to enter an agility trial as defined in AKC Agility Trial regulations. Dogs may be entered in either Preferred class or the Regular class at any trial. The dog must be entered ONLY in Preferred or Regular classes, with no crossover between them being allowed at the same set of trials. So, if you want to enter your dog in Preferred classes on Sat, you must also enter Preferred on Sunday. Novice All dogs entering the Preferred Classes for the first time must enter the Novice level regardless of the previous titles. Novice Preferred is NOT split into A and B divisions. Open For dogs that have acquired the Novice Preferred or Open Preferred titles, but have not earned a qualifying score in the Excellent Preferred class. Excellent A For dogs that have acquired the Open Preferred title, but have not completed the Excellent Preferred title. Excellent B For dogs that have completed the Excellent Preferred title. HEIGHT DIVISION CHART Regular Preferred Information Exhibitors may choose to enter their dog in a higher height division than required by AKC, but not in a height division lower that the AKC Mandated height All dogs entering the Preferred Classes for the first time MUST enter at the NOVICE level in both Pref. Std and Pref. JWW. The following jump heights shall be used in all Preferred classes. Owners are responsible for entering their dog in the proper height division. For dogs measuring & under at the withers & under at the withers & under at the withers & under at the withers Over 22 at the withers FOOD: TRACS will be serving complimentary continental style breakfast each morning until 10:00 AM. This will include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins and fruit. Lunch will be available for purchase on site. TRACS will be providing lunches for its workers. Refreshments will be available to all workers throughout the day. HELP WANTED: To all competitors: We would love your help at our trial. Workers will be provided a lunch and will be given free raffle tickets for our workers appreciation raffle held each afternoon (some nice prizes!) Care will be taken to allow you plenty of time for your own dogs, and to instruct you in your job assignments.
