2 New Owner New Owner acting third party that he is The New Owner agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. The New Owner agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The New Owner must agree to housing the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. or via BWS/SA or BWS/SA

The dog has the following condition now and this condition is excluded from any guarantee and is not valid to reject the puppy due to this condition. The New Owner agrees to have the dog examined by his veterinarian at his expense within 3 days from date of purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. Dolittlefarm reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered.

4 This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the New Owner for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppymill, dog farm or other mass producing or money making operation. The price for a puppy covers our expenses for bloodlines that have been used and differs accordingly. Puppies can be adopted as 'pets' or bought for breeding with additional conditions applicable for breeding quality as per written and signed agreement Puppies can be booked for socializing and basic training with our expert trainer and stay here until the age of 12 weeks whilst having 2 training sessions per day. Additional fees for training and boarding apply. This is recommended for every pup going international who has to wait here for additional vaccinations and health certificates to be done upfront departure. Furthermore this option is recommended for New Owners who lack the time or the experience to do these essential training steps themselves and wish for a pre-trained pup to move into their home. Training then please should be continued by the new owner as every puppy deserves to be educated in good manners or specific skills.

Dolittlefarm offers training, training with daycare and training with full boarding if new owners ask for assistance or need a good place for their dog to stay for the duration of their absense. Fees for training, daycare and boarding depending on services rendered. The Breeder gladly asks the pups of a litter and their New Owners out to meet again on our premises for a great socialising with lots of fun. We and our adult Whities love to see our babies again. The Care and feeding instructions were given to the new owner along with the health and shot records for the dog. This is the entire agreement (6 pages) between Dolittlefarm Kennels and the new owner and it is valid and agreed to by both parties. This agreement is legal and may be enforced by legal means. It shall be construed and governed by the laws of South Africa to the exclusion of any other law and all disputes are to be settled in Cape Town.
